I was here for a few days, and it's in a central location, very clean, has great food and the staff were kind and helpful.

Shame that they can't hire profesion corteuouse staff - could have been a great stay, but ruined by their staff. I don't want to go on a rant here - as I've never before written a negative review. The good news is that there are other great choices in the area.

This time was very disapointing
At check-in the reception guy didn't find my booking and refused letting me in even after I showed him the order confirmation that was sent to me from the hotel few days before.
I was forced by him to creat another booking in higher price. That was big mass. The hotel didn't take respinsibility for their mistake, didn't appoligies, and no any comansation for the very bad welcome.

This hotel is awesome!!!! I was welcomed with a great staff, cookies, snacks in my room and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, upgraded, great Buffet food!!! The Manager Josh and the rest of staff gave me a warm welcome!!! They are very friendly and compassionate!!! The service in general is another level of hospitality. You have to come to experience an exceptional service ever!!! The views are spectacular!!
