Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire property was spotless, and my room was in mint condition—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. I also appreciated the convenient parking options, which made my stay even smoother. The facilities were impressive, offering plenty of space and comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! The room was decorated beautifully but the previous guests may have caused damage. The shower was broken and after several requests it was still not fixed. A beautiful fruit plate was left in my room which was not cleaned. Maintenance needs to improve everything else was fine.

Elegant and Artistic Premium quality amenities. New building. Beautiful pool. Has SPA. Nice lobby. Two towers, 4 stories. Private community (behind Hotel, apartments). Underground parking. Center for Arts in front, with big theater and opera house. Music is common to be heard. In general, our stay was great. There's no room service if you order from Wolt. You will have to go to the front desk to get your things. When we checked out, they gifted us a beautiful original Gicleé from an artist that paints Yerushalayim. Staff is very polite and speaks English, Hebrew and Arab.

Great hotel

I am a long-time member of ALL and stay multiple times a year at various hotels within the Accor Group. I heard about the new hotel that was established in Jerusalem, “Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection”, and I was very curious about it. I called the hotel just to inquire, and the conversation with Muhammad, the professional, attentive, and courteous Front Office Supervisor, in which Muhammad explained the details about the hotel, led to making a reservation. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the hotel several times to inquire about the hotel's services, parking options (free parking), spa, and the like. Each time, I received detailed, patient, and pleasant explanations from Chaim, the Reservations Manager. We arrived on Friday for the long-awaited weekend, and from there, everything was perfect. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Ali, a true professional, courteous, and service-oriented. It was clear that Ali was a top-notch professional with extensive experience in the field, and right then, we knew we were in a hotel of a different standard. Throughout our stay, Ali, who was on duty for both days, was always attentive and available for any questions and/or assistance requests, always with professionalism and the kindness worth noting. The rooms were very luxurious and elegant. The design was meticulous, and everything, from the materials to the most expensive, luxurious, and contemporary accessories, was evident. The pool was perfect and spacious, beside it, large and comfortable rest beds. The water temperature was perfect. The spa was perfect, and we really enjoyed the massages. The fitness room went far beyond a typical hotel gym. The breakfast was so rich and meticulous that we didn't know where to start. Throughout our entire stay, all the hotel staff, without exception, were professional, service-oriented, attentive, and courteous. We enjoyed every moment. We will definitely return there, and we will certainly recommend the hotel to all our friends and colleagues. And to conclude, there couldn't have been a more pleasant ending than checking out with Ali. With heartfelt gratitude, we eagerly anticipate our next visit soon.

We just stayed at this hotel with the whole family for the Shabbat and we had an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious and include all the amenities you would need, shower and towels and bathrobes are a luxurious part. The food was amazing (we had dinner and breakfast). Most of all the staff makes you feel wanted and they will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Jerusalem and I can recommend this new hotel as number 1. We will definitely be back.
