My 5 star review is for several reasons. Arik Snir one of the managers is the main reason for the 5 star review. From the moment my friend and I arrived, Arik treated us like family. Our room was supposed to have two beds. Because housekeeping was short staffed, he followed up with me shortly after I reached the room to make sure that there were two beds. When I told him that the beds had not been seperated, he followed up every 30 minutes with me to make sure that housekeeping took care of it. Everytime Arik saw us, he asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. It felt like we had a big brother watching out for us. When we arrived at the hotel, they had an assortment of dates, nuts, cookies and raisons as well as juice in the lobby for guests. The beds in the rooms were more comfortable than my bed at home. The spread at breakfast was amazing! I plan to stay there again on my next visit to Jerusalem.

We just hosted family and friends for a Bat Mitzvah weekend at the new Theatron Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, perfect size for a boutique event, staff was INCREDIBLE, and food was delicious. We all enjoyed our massages, swimming in the indoor heated pool, the sauna and the gym. I loved that they had technogym equipment which synced with my apple watch. The lobby bar was our favorite place to sit and enjoy the fresh coffee and snacks. We will be back!

I am a long-time member of ALL and stay multiple times a year at various hotels within the Accor Group. I heard about the new hotel that was established in Jerusalem, “Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection”, and I was very curious about it. I called the hotel just to inquire, and the conversation with Muhammad, the professional, attentive, and courteous Front Office Supervisor, in which Muhammad explained the details about the hotel, led to making a reservation. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the hotel several times to inquire about the hotel's services, parking options (free parking), spa, and the like. Each time, I received detailed, patient, and pleasant explanations from Chaim, the Reservations Manager. We arrived on Friday for the long-awaited weekend, and from there, everything was perfect. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Ali, a true professional, courteous, and service-oriented. It was clear that Ali was a top-notch professional with extensive experience in the field, and right then, we knew we were in a hotel of a different standard. Throughout our stay, Ali, who was on duty for both days, was always attentive and available for any questions and/or assistance requests, always with professionalism and the kindness worth noting. The rooms were very luxurious and elegant. The design was meticulous, and everything, from the materials to the most expensive, luxurious, and contemporary accessories, was evident. The pool was perfect and spacious, beside it, large and comfortable rest beds. The water temperature was perfect. The spa was perfect, and we really enjoyed the massages. The fitness room went far beyond a typical hotel gym. The breakfast was so rich and meticulous that we didn't know where to start. Throughout our entire stay, all the hotel staff, without exception, were professional, service-oriented, attentive, and courteous. We enjoyed every moment. We will definitely return there, and we will certainly recommend the hotel to all our friends and colleagues. And to conclude, there couldn't have been a more pleasant ending than checking out with Ali. With heartfelt gratitude, we eagerly anticipate our next visit soon.
