Despite the experience had been great up to that point, during a 2-hour window when I was on the rooftop with my girlfriend, someone broke in our room and stole multiple objects (e.g., drone, camera, clothes, jewelry). Even though it could have been much worse (my girlfriend went to the room during this 2-hour window, and I can only imagine what could have happened if we were not lucky), the experience really ruined our stay. Even worse, the reaction of the hotel stuff was "well, that's Brazil", and then we learned from the hotel manager that other two rooms were robbed. Funnily enough, after we left they run an "internal investigation" that did not find any evidence of robbery, and they tried to have us sign an NDA to prevent us from disclosing the experience. Needless to say, I would not come back to Cafe Jeri.

Aside from the party, we had a great stay. The place was super cool, the staff were friendly and respectful, the breakfast was great... everything was great!

Minha terceira vez no Café Jeri Hotel, e mais uma vez saio estasiado! 🌅✨ Estar em um lugar tão incrível, cercado por uma beleza natural indescritível, já é especial. Mas o que realmente faz a diferença é estar hospedado em um hotel onde cada detalhe mostra o quanto eles se preocupam genuinamente com o hóspede.
A recepção calorosa do STAFF nos faz sentir em casa desde o primeiro instante. No Pool Bar, as caipirinhas de frutas são simplesmente as melhores da região. O café da manhã tem um cardápio super variado, assim como as opções de comidas e petiscos, sempre deliciosas. E, claro, não poderia deixar de mencionar as festas do pôr do sol, das 16h às 22h, que são uma verdadeira experiência sensorial – música incrível, DJs excepcionais e performances de tirar o fôlego.

We truly found Paradise. Cafe Jeri is a perfect location and a true oasis. Staff are more than helpful and a special mention to Alessandro at reception for all his help and recommendations. When we return and we definitely will it will be to Cafe Jeri

The room and bed were the perfect size for 2 people, the showers were perfect. Had an issue where our toilet wasn't connected to the button and they fixed it immediately. The pool was kept clean and had many spots to sit and lie around it.
The breakfast was SUPERB. Both a continental style and cooked breakfasts.
Café Jeri is right beside everything. All of the restaurants all of the shops, the beach, even the start of the trail for the Stone with a Hole.
If you decide to come here by tour bus, i recommend Sim7, as they are affordable, timely, and offer guides and rides to both the eastern attractions and the western attractions. They can do both private guides and group guides, the group being cheaper.
Overall, an amazing experience!

I arrived august 16th and never wanted to leave. The staff is excellent! . The rooms are nice but most of the time i spent outside by the pool drinking the house beers. Im from san diego and its hard to find a good ipa in brazil. But the house ipa is awesome. Plus at night on the weekends there is a club in the hotel and guests of the hote have a secluded area if they want to relax. The complimentary breakfast is also great!

Cafe Jeri was a dream and the staff was excellent. Would come back again just for the staff who made the trip memorable!
