It depends on the unit you get. The staff is great, the view and beach are awesome which is the only reason I come back. They are constantly doing improvement but something is fundamentally wrong for units like this to be rented. This unit was moldy, with three different colors of paint on the ceiling. What paint was on the ceiling is peeling and in need of the popcorn removed and redone. There are visible paint drips all along the living room wall across from the couch. There’s mold in the floor tile shower tile and ceiling of the bathroom. The edges of the ceiling all show covered mold especially around the ac vents. Of course painting mold wo proper remediation just creates more mold. The inside of the closets in every room are so filthy I won’t hang my clothes in there. Mold is also visible in there. These poor timeshare owners pay 1200 for this crap! I go home sick half the time I’m here because this unit seems to be more the norm than the exception. I won’t stay in this unit again

This was a great vacation stay. Turtle Reef Club had everything we needed. The unit was spacious with a decent ocean view - I was on the first floor. Higher floors had a better view. The kitchen was well-appointed. The living room was large and comfortable, with a great screened porch, which was shared with the master bedroom. Cracking the door allowed the sea breeze and the sound of the waves to filter in. The bed was very comfortable. The beach was only a few steps away from the unit, and I was able to swim twice every day. The pool was good-sized and had pool noodles available for relaxing in the water. I can see myself coming back here!

This is a very quiet, laid back resort with plenty of amenities. All units face the ocean and have large screened balconies. Beach is clean and easily accessible. There is a pool with plenty of lounges, shuffleboard, tennis and a fitness center. The units are spacious with an ample starter pack for your week. We love it here

We stayed her only because it was close to a relatives condo and within budget. Both days we got locked out of room with key problems, a/c wasn’t working properly and never cooled the place down and the refrigerator only worked on 2nd day and ended up freezing everything. Of course once negative things start to happen you look closer at the property…concrete block missing with rebar showing throughout, elevator was brutal basically none existent and I feel like they turned the power off to this place and then last minute turned it on cause it had a musty smell and several things didn’t work properly until the last day.

everything was as advertised. The ocean view was amazing. my only complain was a frame that was hanging behind the bed from the main bedroom and dropped abruptly if someone would have been sleeping at that time it would have caused injuries. very well equipped property. Nice area. Restaurants were at a walking distance. Food was amazing

Clean pool and beautiful beach. Condo was big 2 bedroom . Large balconies ocean view. Love it
