This hotel is the best kept secret on Jekyll Island!!! Staff rating - fabulous Pool rating - fabulous Room rating - wonderful Restaurant - excellent food, service and prices We had a great experience all around and will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, the view was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurants on property were within walking distance from our room which was very convenient. The food and drinks were great as well! Overall our trip was wonderful! We will definitely be returning soon.

Loved it ! Great hotel...great location....easy beach access....walking paths.... bike riding.....shopping.....great restaurants! And pet friendly ! Our fur baby had a great time !

The room was very clean and spacious! We enjoyed our stay. The grounds were well kept. Parking was a little tight. Glad we were on the ground floor, since access to the 2nd floor rooms was limited (stairwells were fair apart). Would be glad to stay again.

Everything room wise was ok. Only breakfast option was a pricy $19 buffet. Otherwise, great setting on the beach. Will definitely return.

My first visit to this resort was over the July 4th weekend this year. We had such a fun relaxing time at this resort that we came back three weeks later to get in one more vacay before school starts. The lobby staff is unlike no other I have ever experienced. They have completely gone above and beyond to make sure everything with our stay was perfect. When we arrived, our room had mistakenly been given to another guest. The whole resort was sold out and we were given another room. These things happen sometimes, but it was the way it was handled that made a difference. I am almost a Diamond status reward member. I travel for business a lot and it was so refreshing to see the courtesy, kindness and professionalism I experience on my business travels extended to my family during our vacations. This resort is now our new favorite hidden gem near our Atlanta home.
