Jekyll Island, GA is a beautiful place. The Ocean Club is a top notch resort situated right on the beach. Private, secluded, and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk or bike ride to the Jekyll Island Club Resort to check out the historic mansions, boat tours, shops and other restaurants. Best part about the Ocean Club was the staff. Everyone we met was awesome, kind and helpful. Arya, Jordan, Emily and all the others at the front desk and restaurant made our trip perfect. We will be back!

Tanisha the manager was amazing so was the food! All food is fresh and beautifully displayed. We enjoy our time every time when we come to dine here.

Jekyll Island Ocean Club is tastefully decorated and centrally located within Jekyll Island which makes getting anywhere very easy. Overall, the property was disappointing. This hotel is priced far beyond what is offered in terms of service and amenities. Lack off attention to detail such as not continuously keeping pool towels stocked, broken pool chairs with cigarette burn holes, broken steps leading to the beach, and large gaps in the stonework around the pool are elements that should never be noticed when a property prides itself in luxury and tradition. This hotel is priced like a Ritz but presents itself as a lower Marriott/Hilton property. I would look elsewhere if I were to ever go to Jekyll Island again.

We had a great stay. It started with great service from Kim at check in and ended with great service from Archie the bellhop. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and courteous throughout our stay and the accomodations were excellent.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean front desk worker was a Gem. Only problem I had was the tv didn't work but I didn't care didn't have time to watch tv just turned it on just because.

Our great visit started with the parking at the hotel upon arrival. Park near and no fee. Then the greeter at the door/bell hop was very friendly and professional, Carson and Archie. Check in was easy. Gave free bottles of cold water. Room was roomy, clean and a great overlook of the ocean.

Wonderful trip with my wife. They was busy thanksgiving but the staff keeper a smile on their face and give their all even though they was away from their families on this holiday. The rooms was perfect from the cleanliness to the breathtaking view. We will be back that’s for sure!!
