The location is good! However, in terms of cleanliness, it's not that great. I guess that explains the cheap price. Also there is this strange smell all over the building, even from the AC (old and smoke smell, i guess). The room is a bit dim. There were other stuff that was not cleaned properly too 🙁 If you're looking for a cheap place with good location and don't mind what I've mentioned above, it's probably a good option.

What a terrible experience with the hotel. The hotel did not change the bedsheets just put a layer of protector above. The bed full with hair and dirt. Hotel did not provide any shower towel just face wash towel but u cn get extra at the corridor. No common area or cafeteria inside the hotel just a water filter machine, no microwave provided. Room doesn’t have any cups. The contact provided by the owner uncontactable, the house owner contacted me the next day promised to change the bedsheet and clean the room, but sadly they just put a new bed protector for me. I personally feel very unhygienic. Otherwise the hotel just located next to black pork street.

The room is small, the facilities are old, and the sound insulation is not good as it is on the side of the road. I was too lazy to say anything at first, but the service staff's attitude was very unfriendly and aggressive, so I decided to give it a negative review. Their performance is extremely inconsistent with the performance of other peers in Jeju Island.

When we first checked in, we found something dirty on the bed sheet that could be removed. We didn't know what it was, so we asked if we could change the bed sheet. The customer service said that the staff was not there and we should ask later. When we came back at 11pm, someone knocked on the door. As soon as we opened the door, he got angry at us. His tone was very bad. He said that we complained as soon as we checked in (we just asked if we could change the bed sheet. If he could make it clear or explain what the black thing was, it would be okay if he couldn't change it). My friend didn't speak Korean and said a few words. The staff kept asking us to shut up (입 다물어) and said in a very aggressive tone that it was new. He showed us the surveillance video of changing the bed sheet. We just asked if we could change the bed sheet. When we asked him why he was angry, he didn't listen to us and kept saying that it was changed to a new one. His attitude was extremely bad. He also said that we spent more than 20,000 won to live with Koreans who spent 40,000 won, and we asked for this and that (speechless, I have never seen such a service attitude, and it refreshed my three views)

The environment is very average, barely liveable. There are no sheets and quilts in the room, and the boss is difficult to find. Stayed for three days without any room service.

The sanitation is OK, the bar opposite is very noisy at night, and the location is good.

One point is for the location. It is really close to the Black Pork Street, Qixing Shopping Street, and Dongmen Market. This hotel does not have a manual front desk. There is only a self-service machine where you can enter the order number for self-service. However, the order number on Ctrip is not recognized. There is a camera on the machine and there is a manual on duty. However, the Korean and English are not good, so it is not half the time to check in. If you can't do it for an hour, you will be persuaded to quit. The room I booked for the first time had urine stains on the toilet seat in the bathroom. I communicated through the machine to change rooms, but to no avail. I contacted the merchant through Ctrip. After 30 minutes of contact, someone finally came over, looked at the room, and then returned. I was asked to go to the self-service machine to change rooms. After another 20 minutes, I got the new room card. I opened it and saw that there was no quilt cover, just a thin and dirty quilt core. The bed was covered with a sheet on the mattress. I contacted you decisively. Ctrip contacted the merchant to send me a quilt, but to no avail after an hour, I checked out and left. It wasn't until I checked out, the next day, that Ctrip's customer service didn't contact the merchant, and the phone number left by the hotel couldn't be reached. If you check in by yourself, you will be the only one to suffer if there is a problem.

This is my favorite decoration style! Cat British style is an unmanned hotel lobby with a black self-service machine that automatically issues room cards. Near the gate of Qixing Street, I will stay here again if I have the chance
