When I first walked in it looked great and the staff was friendly and informative. Everything was okay until I went to my room. I proceeded to unpack when I found an obscene amount of ants and knats on one of my beds. I called the front office and he came up to my room bringing me all the clean bed linens and proceeded to take the infested ones away. He didn't say or do anything else he walked out leaving me standing there with clean linens in my arms. So as I started to make the bed up as I am looking for more bugs if any! I found on the upper left corner of the mattress a pretty big size dry blood on the mattress..all of this and never anything said to me about a discount or a new room or anything...I better not have any problems getting my deposit back!

The room is OK and relatively clean. The problem is that the air conditioner in this room cannot heat. The sink is blocked. The hotel equipment needs to be maintained. In addition, the fire alarm suddenly rang in the morning, and the firefighters also knocked on the door, interrupting my work. This is very bad. I hope it can be improved.

Just stayed here 5 nights and was very pleased! Had a family emergency and this place was close and a good price. Liked the previous reviews. Place had friendly staff at front desk. It was clean. Bkft was good, tried the biscuits and sausage. Close to many places to eat. Cracker Barrel right next door. Shopping close by. Enjoyed it so much so, going back at the end of the wk.

Came to Louisville for a family reunion. Only spent one night at the hotel. Everything seemed nice and clean and the breakfast was okay. My only complaint is the placement of the handicap parking. Instead of the parking being close to the lobby, it was at the far end of the building, forcing me to walk 50 yards with my luggage before checking in. Not a big for most; really big issue for me. Just keep this in mind if you have limited mobility.

Check in was a night mare I guess because we booked thru *******. Front counter staff is greatly lacking in customer service, very rude & short! Rooms were nice & area was nice but I've been in customer service all my life & wouldn't stay here again just because of the rude staff!

Everything about the place was good. We arrived around 8:45ish and had kids ready to go to the pool (closed at 10).
I stood in line waiting to check in for half an hour. I have NEVER had to wait that long to check in. There were only 2 guests in front of me.
I don’t know if the lady at the front desk wasn’t trained well, but she definitely took her time, and was in no hurry at all. She was very nice when it was finally my turn though.
The kids were upset because they only ended up being able to swim for a little bit before the pool closed. Other than that, a pleasant experience overall.

The staff is wonderful. I'm only upset that a few weeks ago I fell in a shower. I reported it, and nobody ever reached out to me. Otherwise I love it here

Overall staff was amazing and helpful. Room was clean the only complaint is the tub look old, dirty and worn out. Pool was great not too many people or disturbance

Everything was ok until I got a scratch on my foot when I was going bed. There were few metal rails sticking out from the bed frame on one of the beds. Very dangerous for the guests.
