Great hotel. Immaculate, clean room. Excellent value. However, 2 items would make this property perfect. First, we had to wait 30 minutes with a loaded luggage cart in the lobby because the manager will not allow the front desk staff to check guests in more than 15 minutes prior to the 3pm check-in time even though the room is ready. Second, breakfast is basically sugar and carbohydrate. There are sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches available, but you have to pay $3.50 for one.

room is the king room , clean room , TV in front of bed SMALL . that should be updated making the room a WOW !! nice TV effect . Most people are use to big screen TV ‘S . There is a Bar restaurant right across the parking lot “ The Super bar and grill . no driving anywhere and great food . we had a very comfortable stay .

I'm not sure what exactly was going on during our recent stay, but the pool was closed (or "out of service", as the sign on the door said), and then in the morning, their coffee and juice machines weren't working, either! A real bummer; they were perhaps having overall electrical issues of some sort? I don't know, because the desk clerk revealed nothing to me. He seemed pretty busy checking out things on his computer. We had stayed here a year prior, and it was a nice enough place, but this experience leaves me never wanting to return.

Have stayed here before and will likely stay again. All the amenities i needed were good. It's a good place to stop when heading further west. Breakfast was somewhat limited. Got to try some local restaurants and was pleased with them as well.

This hotel isn't bad at all, it seems kinda old and probably is but our room was clean, smelled ok, and got the job done. After a lucky night at Harrah's it was an excellent trip!

Very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean and every thing worked. Very quiet during the day and at night. Property needs a little maintenance on the out side. I drove up and thought the place was shut down. Over all I highly recommend. Enjoyed my stay.

Lady working was very friendly and had no issues with me and my son checking in at 1:30am. (Had reservation elsewhere but was told no check-ins after 11:30pm). Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Do not stay here. The hotel is in general disrepair. The mattress looked like it had the outline of a person who laid there for too long. The room smelled like mold. Breakfast options were meager - dry cereal and a waffle iron. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a rocket ship, and the A/C unit was very loud. But the noises weren't an issue for most of the night, as the power went out in Metropolis for 7 hours. Although the power outage itself, was not the fault of the hotel, it was 90 degrees outside (there was a heat advisory in effect). Other hotels had backup generators, this one did not have (or use one). The room quickly grew so warm that we were unable to manage more than 3 hours of sleep. No apology from the staff about the power outage or the inconvenience.

So disappointing on so many levels. Our original room had a very noisy and totally ineffective air conditioning system. We were quickly relocated to an adjacent room that had a working air conditioning system but was just as noisy. Even though I'm fairly deaf without my hearing aids, I had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep due to the air conditioning noise. (The noise was erratic so you couldn't really even get used to it.) Breakfast was also a huge disappointment. The juice machine tested bad. The waffle machine couldn't cook evenly. The pancake machine didn't function at all. The one thing that was really good here was the Wi-Fi. One of the best I've had in several stays. You also get a nice supply of towels and the immediate surroundings of the motel were quiet.
