It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.

This is a great place to stay if you have a car and you want it as a site for exploring Colorado. It's clean, tidy, and the owner is super responsive. There is an adorable and hip little neighborhood about half a mile away with shops and great restaurants.

Fairly clean. The carpets need cleaning. A window was left open so we had several moths rooming with us. Bed were comfortable enough. The property was just ok with lots of overgrowth of sunflowers and such. The location was fine, able to get around easily. On street parking. Not a lot of communication with the host.

Didn’t stay. The beds not made 5 bags of trash in the kitchen cups in kitchen sink bathroom not cleaned. Towels on bathroom floor.

Perfect budget stay. Close to Downtown Denver and Red Rocks. Close to public transit.Only complaint is there isnt a bathroom exhaust fan.
