The city center hotel recommended by customers is next to the main road, not too far from the airport, and is convenient for travel. There is a large shopping mall and Chinese restaurant next to it. The hotel environment is okay and the breakfast is simple

Room has fleas coming out of ceiling. Reception said sorry we can't change room. They changed the bed sheets and said Ok now you can sleep. This was at 1:00am Bathroom ceiling rotten and fleas sticking on body when showering. Since new owners the service is very bad. Especially new Receptionist.

We bought a breakfast voucher from Cobone for Frontel Jeddah. Foods are quite good. Many options for breakfast buffet. Staff are very accommodating and attentive. The restaurant is cool and cozy and clean. Parking is quite difficult but it's ok

Where do I start!! The service at this hotel is first class! The moment I checked in until the check out was given with the best hospitality I have had. My first time vising Saudi Arabia and we were a very large family group of 14 people, the way the staff had helped arrange our rooms, the help generally and friendliness was the best. A special thanks to Ayman and his colleague Mahmoud they were great! We are thankful to the staff and are extremely pleased we chose this hotel, definitely will be back InshAllah!

Very bad experience, we reached the hotel at 19:00 and no rooms were ready, waiting 20 min. Dinner wasn't ready at 19:30. They said that they have delay , will be ready 20:30. No iron, the receptionist said that all the devices are broken in the hotel.
