Fairfield Inn & Suites Jasper

I stay here multiple times a year. Throughout my visits I have encountered a few issues but overall my visits are great. The staff is helpful and go above and beyond to fix any issues I have ever had. Shana & a housekeeper named Tammy have always been my two "go to" employees when I need something. The guy that works at night has helped me out a few times and is very knowledgeable about the location and things happening in the town. Hats off to all the staff! The building itself has some issues... but that's no fault of the people who work there.

The property is newer and clean. Every interaction with staff was superior; they were all friendly and accommodating and you could tell they were committed to delivering a great stay for all their guests. With it being a newer property, we were surprised to find poor quality in the build: the wall paper in the bathroom had several peeling spots and looked like it had been pieced together in several spots; the plug in situation in the room was odd to say the least - there were no plug ins on or near the nightstand (who doesn’t want their phone charging in the living room area!?); the only mirrors were in the bathroom (the female in our party loved trying to do her makeup in the steam covered mirror); the steam in the bathroom didn’t vent out well; and the pool area was too humid and the smell of chlorine was unbearable (the kids didn’t mind, of course).

The room was very comfortable. We appreciated the hospitality of the staff.
