Aliou is a fantastic waiter always their to wait on you , great personality makes everyone’s holiday, the food is outstanding best ever all inclusive we’ve been to the staff can’t do enough for you nothing is a problem, you can literally have anything you want , I would highly recommend this hotel their is only 1 downside you can’t book the Japanese restaurant you have to wait till 12am in the morning if you wait till 8am it’s fully booked so you have to wait up till early hours to get a reservation.

This was our 12th stay here and we returned on the opening day following refurb. Lovely to see familiar faces such as Veni and Baer who are exceptional!! The hotel has had a refurb and looks wonderful. New cushions on the sun loungers - lovely. New layout by the pool with a walkway and pagodas - lovely. Some form of artificial sand banks - unsure why, very odd and takes up the sunbed room so when it’s full it may become sunbed wars. Lovely single and double hammocks but when it was windy the single ones fell over and by day two the double ones were in a pile in the corner and unused. One lift not working for our whole holiday. Had to ask for a shower head to be put on our shower, tv and fridge not plugged in. Air con was terrible the first two days but then fixed. These things should not be overlooked at 5 star. There is now no snack bar by the pool only a bookable restaurant which has the same menu every day for lunch. You can also sit and order in the large pagoda by the pool. We just enjoyed a snack at lunch as opposed to getting dressed and going to the restaurant so I would very much welcome back some form of a snack bar with sandwiches etc. We did hope it would revert back to adults only as there is nothing for children there but sadly not. Entertainment needs more variety but the female singer was incredible. Missed having the pop up shops and also the on site shop has now gone. Food was still exceptional - cannot fault it. Drinks service good in an evening mostly but at times was very very slow. Weighing machine for suitcase not working when we left. Would we return? Yes because the staff are what makes the hotel and we expected a few snagging issues which I hope will be resolved.

From the minute we stepped inside the hotel felt very special I've never known staff like this everyone is happy treating us like royalty even on our day off departure. We stayed all inclusive drinks are good quality believe me they also make sure in this heat you have plenty to drink. Santana & Aliou are very good hard working friendly everything in one package can't fault anything. These people at the hotel are working constantly cleaning. Its a beautiful hotel very posh they haven't held back on anything see for yourself.. entertainment is cracking food gorgeous rooms comfortable lovely and clean we will be back.

What an experience. An amazing hotel. Right on the beach. I spent 10 data here on my own. Would highly recommend it. Friendly and helpful staff. Great Spa facilities to start your relaxing holiday. Entertainment every night and the views are breath taking. Warm breezes help with the heat. Planning my next trip back.

Excellent hotel. Food is great. The staff are brilliant! Strongly recommend. The hotel had just had a complete refurbishment. Was good before. Now in a different class. Aliou was great . So helpfull and courteous. The staff and the robots in the dining area are great. I believe the robots are still in training.

Pros: Daily Beach volleyball, aqua aerobics Lots of sun loungers available Friendly staff, all Working very hard to make sure we are well taken care of Great animation team; not pushy like you get in some hotels Spacious bedroom Great shower with good drainage Decent gym with decent equipment, including spin bikes! Good variety of drinks included in all inclusive Good quality hot chocolate even though it’s from a machine! I love hot chocolate and I’m very fussy about the quality of it. Very impressed! Sustainability culture; water filter machines instead of plastic bottles (I drank from it all week and it was fine and didn’t make me sick…I was a bit worried about that!) Cons: Twin beds made cuddling difficult No bar at the beach Lunch and dinner felt a bit repetitive (but always able to find something to eat)
