Old hotel, that should be shown as 4* but 3*, all inclusive has an empty mini bar, no welcome drink, no bathrobe, nothing. Lack of AC in the room. No iron. The pool towels we received were dirty and destroyed, and they didn't want to change them. Food was not the best, Atlantis restaurant wasn't a good one, but Tapas bar was exceptional.
Overall, it is 3*, and all inclusive isn't worth this price. You want all Inclusive? Better change hotel. We're truly disappointed as being many times in IHG and Iberostar in other cities/islands. Only this was a huge disappointment.

Shout out to the entertainment team : Nerea, Judith, Stano, Mattia and the others I unfortunately can't remember the name of, are just brilliant !!! Hope they can be rewarded somehow for their hard and passionate work, as they really deserve it. Always smiling, available and happy to do their job to the fullest!. Many of the waiting staff members did a fantastic job too, Especially the lady with blondish long hair with glasses, she was not the youngest but she was the one who worked and smiled the most, so big WELL DONE to her and to many others. The hotel was extremely very well looked after, extremely cleaned at all times. A suggestion I could add is just to be more careful on how knives are left in the Atlantico Restaurant , in the bread section as many children are around and never know what it can happen even with adults, perhaps cutting bread before hand might be better than leaving it there ( this is not a complaint or a downside , just a help looking into this little details for the future ). Hope to be able to come back next year.:). Ramona.

Me llevo una experiencia y un recuedo inmejorables de mis vacaciones En todos los aspectos: recepcion, comedor,animacion( Matias y sus clases...) Pero , sobre todo, el ambiente super especial del bar Tapas , no solo por sus tapas , si no por Alfredo, que con su profesionalidad crea una atmosfera especial y muy acogedora. Es un lugar con un estilo innovador que merece la pena peo... para ello ..!hay que venir a vivirlo!!

En general muy bien. Destacar la atención profesional y personal de todo los empleado@s del hotel. En los nueve días que estuvimos no se ofreció ningún espectáculo en español y el personal de eventos habla en ingles y alemán prácticamente en todo momento parece que los españoles no estamos en el hotel. Una frase en español al inicio del evento y otra al final. Tendremos que aprender ingles los españoles para poder viajar a España. Ya que hay una piscina para juegos, no estaría de más que en la otra se prestaría más atención para que puedas darte un baño sin que tengas que esquivar las pelotas, flotadores, colchonetas.

Unbedingt zum Empfehlen! Super Aufenthalt mit hervorragender Service und wunderschöner Strand. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist bemerkenswert: Ivana an der Rezeption, Natalia von Zimmerservice, Stano, Samuel und Mattias in der Animation, Eduardo, Alejandra und das ganze Restaurant und Barteam, Pedro und Delfin an die Mojitobar, und insbesondere Alfredo an der Tapasbar: immer professionell und sehr herzlich. Auch Maite und Jaqueline, von der Hotelleitung: immer aufmerksam unterwegs und in Gespräch mit den Gästen. Wi haben uns als willkommener Gast gefühlt. Ein Lächeln und ein freundliches Wort gehörten hier zum Standard.

Fabulous food, rooms, pools, staff. We stayed Star Prestige. Everywhere was clean, pool towels available. Deposit for safe key which was returned. Slippers and dressing gown provided in our room. Beach was five minute walk away. Gym was good. Wide range of activities if required. I did Pilates, really good, staff great, made you feel welcome. Would definitely return. Loved it. Thank you.

Ein perfekten Chil- Urlaub mit der Freundin verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Lage, vom Personal über die Küche, jeglicher Service, Sauberkeit alles top 👍 ich würde auch mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn ich könnte. Mini Mini kleiner Manko: Badewanne statt Dusche. Aber es wäre bei diesem tollen Urlaub Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Das war hier bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub. Dann vielleicht als Starprestige-Gast. 👍🌴👍
