Infraestrutura do Hotel é boa ,porém os funcionários são na maioria péssimos,desde o café da manhã até o jantar,serviço lento e tivemos a sensação de estarmos fazendo um favor pra eles ,realmente lamentável,funcionária da recepção central Eleonora extremamente sem educação!

Fantastisch hotel, luxe uitstraling, grote kamers met ruime marmeren badkamer/toilet, ruim balkon en goede airconditioning. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, hulpvaardig en gastvrij. Hotel ligt aan het fantastische Jan Thiel beach, een mooi en relaxed strand met mooie horecatentjes tussen de palmbomen.

Een prachtig resort met supervriendelijke en -behulpzame medewerkers, er heerst een hele relaxte sfeer op deze prachtige plek en met alle faciliteiten vlakbij. Een aanrader als je wilt genieten van een heerlijke vakantie met mooie stranden en een fijne vibe!

Cosy villa at the most beautiful resort. The villa had amazing colours and the terrace was perfect to have a drink or play games. The facilities were good and the service was great. A special thanks to our friend Leohnella (Nel) who worked at the reception . We will come back for sure!!!

The accommodation is dated and the kitchen appliances do not longer work a supposed. Mattresses are soft and the beds have nets. Needs renovations to justify the price. Location is ok if you have an accommodation close to the gate. Restaurant near the pool is closed so you have to go out.

Prima verblijf in een verzorgd huisje op het resort. Koelkast was bij aankomst gevuld met wat eten en drinken prima. Alleen het zwembad heeft wat aankleding en liefde nodig. Het zag er een beetje triest uit. Restaurant op het resort zelf was niet aanwezig of gesloten.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Se escucha el trinar de los pájaros y el paisajismo es muy precioso...todo aporta al disfrute y relax. La casa es muy cómoda, muy bien equipada. El servicio de limpieza y el personal de la recepción y de la guardia de ingreso son muy amables y atentos. El sector de playa es algo ruidoso y muy concurrido, quizás sería bueno que calibren la música que verdaderamente no hace falta y si se pudiera, separar un poco más la distancia entre las reposeras.

Heerlijk resort, prima ruime appartement en zeer vriendelijke mensen. Misschien een tip om een looppad tussendoor te creëren zodat je niet het hele park over hoeft om bij t strand te komen. Op loopafstand van het strand van Jan Tiel met allerlei restaurantjes en volop leven. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug 🤩.
