Room was short but dinning table is not available…I expect if we chose this destination then room big

The stay was comfortable and good, but the food was the issue though the menu was good, the taste was also acceptable, but the servers / staff were not bothered about the customer requirements/ request the food was all cold and fresh breads were not being served. It was a horrible experience at dinner. Though breakfast was much better and acceptable.

Room cleaning was an issue but food and staff was average wount like the room size according to price. Will look for any good hotel next time

The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions within walking distance. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. Location: the hotel’s prime location is a major highlight. Situated near ragunath temple, it allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. Whether i wanted to visit market or enjoy the local nightlife, everything was just a stone’s throw away. Despite being in a busy part of town, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Food: the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I had breakfast at their in-house restaurant, which offered a variety of both dishes. The buffet was well-organised, with fresh and delicious options ranging from fruits, pastries, and cereals. The service at the restaurant was also attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. Service: what truly made the stay special was the impeccable service. From the moment i checked in, the staff was courteous and welcoming. They were eager to help with recommendations and directions, and any requests were promptly addressed. The room was always spotless after returning from a day out. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, my stay at kc residency was a memorable experience. The combination of a great location, excellent food, and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting jammu, whether for business or leisure.

Room was not ready at the time of check in and the food was cold and the taste was very average.

The room was at a very good location and very close to raghunath temple and market was also nearby, food was very good, service was very good, clean room was very good! staff is very good tha service very good thanks for make my trip!
