This Holiday Inn Express is an older hotel and is not up to IHG standards. Elevator doesn’t even have a permit; so not sure if has even been inspected. Stains on the furniture; mini fridge doesn’t set level and it was a nonsmoking room that smelled like it had been smoked in; it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room and the pool and hot tub was closed: appears they are storing paint items around the pool. They are painting the outside but doesn’t appear to have much accomplished.

Everyone deserve a warm shower and cozy bed nightly but depending upon your particular expectations, its best to know up front that my experience showed it to be Contractor Residency whether long or short term. The hotel is in poor condition both inside and out. Perks was the Pizza Ranch nextdoor. Sometimes just what you need after a long day on the road. Right off 94W.

If I could give this hotel a zero rating, I would. I expect way more from a Holiday Inn Express. First room we checked into smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and was so musty my son was gagging. We luckily were able to switch to a different room that didn't smell like smoke, but still smelled so old and musty. Carpet was so worn, everything is so old and the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast wasn't great. Joke of a hotel. I wouldn't even pay $30 to stay here.

This was the WORST Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at. Let me explain. First, the gentleman who checked us in was unfriendly, disinterested, and unhelpful. When we got to our room is smelled like stale cigerette smoke and this is a nonsmoking property. We did not want to deal with the gentleman at the desk again so we decided to tough it out. The room was very worn. There were no sheer curtains. We were told the pool area had been closed for several weeks due to a broken pipe. A bad storm had come through 5 days before we arrived and had broken the one and only ice machine in the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I DO NOT recommend it.

Ok but not what I am used to at the brand. Eating area was a bit messy with stored boxes in too visible areas. Staff was ok but not as friendly or professional as most.

I can't believe this is a Holiday Inn Express. It is the worst example of the product I've ever stayed at. We've stayed at this brand of hotel a number of times and have always been pleased with the hotel and our room. This one does not deserve to wear the name. Our room was on the third floor. It was old and outdated. The bottom of the shower/tub had grim in the groves from many years of usage. The bathroom itself is a joke! It's more like a closet than a bathroom. The door has 1.5" of clearance with the toilet. It's like walking into a bathroom stall. The sink is located in the sleeping/living area and is inconvenient to use. The only positive things about our stay was the comfortable bed and a half decent breakfast. We will not be back and I suggest you pick another hotel.

We had bugs in our bathroom and on our bed. We only got a $40 discount. This is ridiculous. We will never stay here again.
