The beds were very comfortable and I had no trouble going to sleep. I forgot to bring my own pillow and used two as theirs were too soft. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner as debris had not been swept up but pushed into the corners. The bathroom lighting was great for putting on makeup and there were enough hangers in the closet. Our room was very close to the elevator, but we couldn’t hear anything at all outside our room. Breakfast was typical buffet style. The scrambled eggs were better than expected, but the bacon was precooked with little flavor. The muffins were fresh and tasty. With breakfast included in the room price, it was adequate.

Caution. Despite good reviews for the Hampton Inn and what was thought to be a comfortable stay I discovered I was bitten by bedbugs after a stay here on September 28. I have not stayed in any other lodgings other than my home and would recommend to management that they inspect room 409. A call was placed to management midweek with no response. Understandably this is a challenging situation for all innkeepers to manage but a reply was in order

This hotel has the thinnest floors of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So if you like hearing every step, stomp, wrestle, and party thud and thump from the room above you, this is your place to stay. I called the front desk to report the room above me around 9 pm. It’s 4 hours later and there’s still thumping and commotion above. We should have known better when we first got here and walked down the halls that were so loud with our steps and we weren’t sure if the floor was bouncing. I’ve considered going out to my car to sleep. Such a disappointment.

5 star all the way. Arrived on a Sunday and the manager on duty, Tiff, was so warm and welcoming. She answered all of my questions very patiently. Our room was amazing and very clean. Just what we wanted. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. I usually do not eat breakfast very early and even going in late to the breakfast area I found the food to be plentiful and delicious. A nice variety too. Would definitely sat here and hope that all Hampton are as good as this one!

Great location, friendly staff, clean room! Everything you want in a hotel stay! Staff was friendly and welcoming, pool was great and fitness center was awesome. Room was clean. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was very good. Will stay here again!

Don't hesitate to book a night here. It's bright and clean. Easy to get to. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious, especially given the price. Breakfast included. The pool was clean and great to use. The front desk staff was so nice. We had to wait about 5 minutes for our room to be ready, which we were absolutely fine with -- but the staff apologized profusely and even offered a discount on the room without being asked. She said their focus is on 100% customer satisfaction, and we felt it. Great place.

Stayed here on the night before a Bills game. Was a comfortable, quiet stay before heading to Buffalo in the morning. A Hampton that embodies the Hampton standards one would expect, including a nice breakfast. Check in and check out was easy.

The check in reception was efficient but terse. The hotel looks nice but is worn. Its a holiday week, the pool is closed. No cookies. My room had a fridge but it wasnt working. My room view is a cement wall with bird droppings and to the extreme left is the cemetery Finally, the TV is not smart. No streaming available. All of this for $155+ taxes. Terrible value. I will not stay here again.

We stayed one night and found the hotel very clean. The staff was excellent; explained why no fresh baked cookies, but did give us packaged Lorna Doone cookies. Wifi was good. Breakfast was fine; it was normal oatmeal cold cereal and waffles. fresh fruit was nice
