El servicio de valet parking muy malo, me robaron una pila portátil para celular y una gorra original, por lo demás muy bien. Si piensan quedarse en ese hotel, procuren no usar el valet parking y cuidar muy bien sus pertenencias, ya que son situaciones que pasan muy a menudo.

No es posible que al reservar, no informen que la alberca no funciona. Para una habitación King-Sise no es posible que solo pongan una taza para café, un baso, una botella de agua, una toalla. NO dejan una cobija por si se requiere en la noche. No hay tapete para la regadera. La chapa no funciona, al salir se queda abierta la habitación. Los alimentos en el desayuno FRIOS. Para reportar lo anterior, la Gerente brilla por su ausencia. Que lastima que haya decaído tanto este hotel después de haber sido tan bueno. Espero realmente hagan algo.

El hotel está en el programa Kivac de Grupo posadas. Cuesta 355 puntos, pero de entrada te lo quieren vender en 650 puntos por noche, reclamas y con todo, como después de cinco horas lo bajan pero no a lo que dice la tarifa, sino a 420 puntos. Un verdadero abuso de Grupo Posadas.

Tienen muchos aspectos a mejorar como la atención en recepción, más variedad en el menú desayuno y cena, las instalaciones en general son un poco anticuadas, me hubiera gustado tener un frigobar en la habitación y el bar que está enfrente no te deja descansar por el ruido, los colchones están duros.

Hubiese preferido pagar más por algo mejor, sin embargo, la ciudad de Xalapa no da más opciones, este hotel aún cuando tiene gran potencial, se encuentra muy descuidado por grupo Posadas, es oscuro, lugubre, solitario, sin amenidades, sin movimiento, incluso llegué a sentir miedo pues hay áreas con muy poca e incluso nula iluminación.

Con respecto a mi anterior estancia mejoraron mucho, aunque continúan con el gel para cuerpo, horrible, y el jabón estilo hotel de paso y el pozole continúa como sopa de maiz carente irrefutable de cadaver porcino.

Guarden su dinero para un lugar decente. Reservé una habitación doble, y al llegar sin ninguna pena me indicaron que no había disponibles, que debió ser un error del sistema, como somos 4 personas, ofrecieron ponerme una cama extra y en su lugar colocaron UN CATRE en mi habitación. La caldera de la alberca no sirve, así que mis hijos no pudieron nadar, y el cuarto parece de motel. Ahórrense la pena y vayan a un lugar mejor.

Fue una experiencia terrible, nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto 3 veces en los 5 días que nos quedamos, ya que el aire acondicionado no servían en los cuartos, nunca sirvió la llave para abrir la puerta en uno de los cuartos, el lavabo del baño estaba tapado, caía agua en el baño del cuarto de arriba, cuando se usaba la ducha el agua salía súper caliente y de ahí la temperatura deseada y de ahí otra vez quemando. Nosotros nos quedamos ahí hace un año y fue una experiencia genial, por eso se regresó este año, pero desgraciadamente no fue lo mismo. El personal es genial, muy atentos y trataron de darnos el mejor servicio posible. El problema fue las instalaciones decaídas y se ve que no han mantenido el hotel come se debe. Por nuestra parte no regresáremos el próximo año, buscaremos un hotel que tenga un buen servicio y con instalaciones que funcionen como debe de ser.
