It’s average place to stay and not good with family. There is no soap at toilet and rooms have bit smell

Bad experience hotel room not as per price standard. Hotel staff didn't provide me invoice (gave tariff details on his letter pad only)
with this how can i claim bill? he was not agreed to mention same amount as charger by you.
