The subway entrance is right outside, and it's only about a ten-minute drive to the high-speed rail station, so catching an early train is completely stress-free. There are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby too; if you need to grab a bite or do some shopping after a meeting, it's just a short stroll away. Getting to the city center for business is super convenient as well, whether by taxi or public transport. You really don't have to worry about commuting at all. It's a huge time-saver for business travelers!"

"The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport every half hour, which is really quick, mainly because it's so close to the airport. It's actually in the same hotel zone as China Southern Airlines' flight attendants, which is pretty cool. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, super tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly nice and even upgraded me to a suite! Even though I only stayed a short time because I had an early morning flight, they even offered a bowl of noodles for a late-night snack – how thoughtful is that? The environment is really great. I highly recommend staying here. Next time I fly from Baiyun Airport, I'll definitely choose this hotel again."

"Had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-ventilated. The front desk staff, Loopy, was incredibly warm and attentive, and even helped me get a late checkout, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, making it super easy to get around. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and my entire stay was just so pleasant. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance! P.S. The food nearby is seriously amazing! 😋"

"Our overall stay was fantastic, we were extremely satisfied! The room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and peaceful experience. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, and the authentic Chaozhou soup noodles were absolutely delicious. There were also various specialty snacks and a great variety of beverages, including coffee, soy milk, and regular milk – so many choices! The restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views, including the Canton Tower. You can even see the Canton Tower directly from right outside the hotel entrance. Our room type this time didn't have a view of the Canton Tower, which was a bit disappointing. Next time, I'll definitely book a tower-view room to fully enjoy the panoramic views of the Canton Tower. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended!"

"The lobby was beautiful, with tea and coffee readily available, and the chairs were comfortable. The rooms were generally small, but the mattresses were very comfortable, the bathroom was also very good, and the overall place was clean and tidy. The problems lay in the service. First, having only one elevator was really inconvenient. Second, check-in time was already past 3 PM, and there were still no rooms available. During my stay, someone actually swiped their card to enter, which must have been a mistake – this was really outrageous. Also, my phone rang once in the middle of the night, and even though I hadn't ordered takeout, a robot delivered it to me. Management definitely needs to be improved."

"Our Stay at Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Luoxi Was Absolutely Perfect – Five Stars Without Reservation! We traveled all the way from the Middle East, and we were immediately impressed by the outstanding front desk service upon arrival. Special credit goes to Jeff, the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly warm and professional. He greeted us with a sincere smile and promptly offered to assist with our luggage. During check-in, he patiently recommended nearby dining, entertainment options and transportation routes, and even thoughtfully served us welcome tea—every small detail made us feel right at home. To our delight, we were provided with a spacious non-smoking room, which made our stay even more comfortable and made us feel genuinely valued and respected. What truly touched us was that all the front desk staff speak fluent English, making communication seamless and effortless. Several colleagues also patiently used translation apps to assist us with various requests and kindly helped us book taxis. Their patience and friendliness gave us great peace of mind while traveling abroad. The hotel is extremely foreigner-friendly, with thoughtful and professional service, making it an ideal choice for international guests. During the Canton Fair, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the exhibition center, which is incredibly convenient and greatly saves time for business travelers. There are also complimentary refreshments served in the lobby in the afternoon—delicate and thoughtful, perfect for relaxing and recharging. While enjoying the snacks, Manager Jeff even came over personally to introduce each dish in detail, with a sincere and attentive attitude. The breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including Chinese hot dishes, Western pastries, and made-to-order stations. Both the taste and presentation were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The hotel is clean, tidy, cozy and welcoming overall, excelling in service, transportation and dining. We are truly grateful to Manager Jeff and the entire team for their heartfelt service, which made us feel at home even far away from our own country. We couldn’t have made a better choice, and we highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Guangzhou!"

"This time, I came to Guangzhou for a concert and specifically chose the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Guangzhou Science City. It was an incredibly smart decision! The room rate was just over 1000, and considering the environment and location, it offered excellent value for money. The hotel's surroundings are fantastic – quiet and comfortable, completely free from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The best part is its proximity to the Baoneng Performing Arts Center. After the concert, there was no need to squeeze onto the subway or hail a taxi. My friends and I simply took a leisurely stroll back, enjoying the evening breeze and chatting about the concert's highlights. That sense of ease really enhanced the entire concert experience. The room met Hilton's usual high standards: clean, cozy, with very comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the staff were very enthusiastic. If I come back to Baoneng for another show, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to all friends attending concerts there!"
