Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront

Room Comfort & Facilities: Rooms were described as clean, spacious, and comfortable, featuring ample bathroom space, comfortable bedding, and sufficient electrical outlets. Some guests praised the water pressure and the availability of complimentary beach towels.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back. We’ve stayed with young kids, and now just the two of us. It is perfect for families or couples. The rooms are clean and seem to be well maintained. The rooms are so well designed. (This was especially nice when we brought our children several years ago!). There is a separate living space with a sofa and chair. The door between the bedroom and the living area makes this an actual suite and makes the space so much more livable if you’re there for several days. There is a refrigerator and microwave. There is even a countertop and drawers for storage around the refrigerator, great to put snacks out of the way. There are two closets, also nice for families. (This was just the basic suite, not a junior suite) The staff is fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everyone actually seemed happy we were there. The breakfast was very good. Wide selection of food available. Again - service was impeccable. Yolanda was delightful and is perfect for her job! She made breakfast even better. Location is nice. All oceanfront rooms with nice, large balconies and comfortable chairs. Walking distance to several restaurants. Quick drive to Neptune Beach where there are tons of shops and restaurants as well. Less than an hour from St Augustine.

Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront is NOT worth the rate they charged...over $400. Pool was dirty, carpets were dirty, parking is horrible and seems unsafe definitely at night. Not said to impressed but I had to park a $140,000 Porsche and the construction going on was messing up cars with the dust from construction and concrete work. We booked several nights but left after one night. That should give you an idea our honest opinion. Everyone knows what a hassle it is to load up and move hotels and then find another available on short notice. Hope this helps someone.
