The view is captivating and the home is spacious and well furnished. The photos really don't completely capture the size of the floor plan and the scope of the mountain views. The hostess is very responsive and caring. An issue arose that was outside of her control but she handled it with grace. We also enjoyed a pontoon boat rental ride down at the Bear Lake Reserve clubhouse and stopped in for a drink at the bar. We visited many area landmarks and restaurants. L'Oursière will remain in our hearts and memories for a long time.

There was not enough glassware for a rental for 10 people. We did not “run out” at a meal because we brought additional cups. But the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there wasn’t a communal TV on the main floor. Only communal Tv was in the lower level without enough seating for 10 guests

Absolutely Amazing!!
This property is breathtaking! From the moment you walk in and see the spectacular view you will want to return time and time again. The homecwas spotless and had everything that we needed and more! The Lake Club is also amazing and had a great pool, hot tub and beach. Communication with the host was seamless. I would recommend this property to anyone! We took numerous hikes to local waterfalls and also took a ride on the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. Everything was amazing!
