We stayed at Spark by Hilton in Jackson, Mississippi. The front desk was nice and the hotel was clean. No microwave in the room, but other than that, everything was good in my opinion.

The price is the only good thing. The room had a faint odor and lots of cockroaches. For a business trip, this is terrible! ! ! ! The network is not good. I don't know if it's the iPhone's problem. It's so slow...

Me and my friend visited here to go to the Jackson state game the the employees were so nice great customer service the rooms where very clean and I’ll be coming back again in December cause I had such a great experience

The saying you get what you pay for stands true with this one. Checked into our room and went out for dinner. Returned later in the evening and discovered the shower only had scalding hot water or regular hot water at the coldest setting. Called the front desk around 8 pm and asked for maintenance to take a look into this as we would not be able to shower with the water that hot. Was told maintenance would not be in until 9 am and that they were the only person working. This hotel appears to be a recently renovated property but still has some work to be done. Check in via Hilton app was a breeze and digital key worked well.

this is good value for the money. but the frozen food in the lobby was expired -- should have been thrown away. the breakfast was meh. the shower was loose in our room and didnt have the shower-gel. but bathroom, sheets and room was very clean. again good value for money!

Terrible customer service.
We arrived a bit late (maybe 10pm). Once we got to the room we weren’t able to turn the tv on as there was no hdmi cable. Called the front desk and were told they couldn’t help us. Then we noticed the bedding was dirty on one of the beds. We called back to ask for a blanket and were told housekeeping was already gone for the night and again, they couldn’t help us. Would absolutely not recommend.
