This hotel is managed by ITC hotels and follows some of their patterns. It does not have a business centre and that was surprising. The staff need to be a little more hospitable especially in the lobby restaurant. No alcohol and bar in the hotel due to proximity to a religious site. Takes about 35-40 minutes from the airport. Rooms are good and spacious. Amenities are ok but not fully the ITC type. Food is good. Front office staff are very warm and helpful. Special kudos to Yudhveer Singh and the front office people including Nandini Ramani, Vaishnavi Saxena, Mehwish Ali and Akhil. 👍They were gracious enough to leave chocolates and a personal welcome note in the room! Great gesture! 👌🏻 The F&B team consisting of Rishi, Ashutosh, Muskan and Hoiroise are keeping the restaurant hosting good. The rooms are well maintained and thanks to Puja, Pramod and Shivani for that! Overall experience is good. 👍

Check in was ok...non smiling staff....were given a room but the AC was not working....so changed to another room and still bathtub was missing....we are feeling like a cheated person.their own website shows a bathtub in superior category room...so we booked superior category room but bathtub is missing.
