I stayed in a Japanese-style room on the fourth floor. The room was super big and the heating was sufficient, which was very warm on winter nights. There were several Chinese waiters in the hotel, so communication was barrier-free. I booked a one-night stay and two-meals package, and the breakfast and dinner were very good.

The room is spacious, and the toilet and shower are separated, which is good. The hot spring tax of 150 yen is a mandatory charge, whether you soak or not, you have to pay it when you check in. No mineral water is provided, and boiled water is not provided in the lobby. There are many breakfast varieties, but you can't eat it late, and the varieties you finish will not be replenished, so it's best to eat within half an hour of the start time. The hotel is next to Shuzenji Temple. The surrounding restaurants close at 5 o'clock in the evening. There is an Ambane Hotel nearby that is best not to go to. There is a mandatory consumption of a minimum bottle of drink. No matter what other food you order, you must order a bottle of drink for at least 220 yen, and the food is not cost-effective and the taste is also average. The popular sashimi sushi restaurant must be booked at least one day in advance, otherwise it will not be available. There is a convenience store around the hotel where you can buy food.

It may have just been acquired by the Chinese, so most of the service staff are Chinese, and all the guests staying here are Chinese tour groups. I usually book a night and two meals for hot spring hotels, but I suggest not to book the meals here, which are quite unpalatable!! They will arrange to eat group meals with the tour group. The environment is very noisy and the food is not authentic. Dinner is a plate of raw onions, a plate of pickled radish, a pork pot, a sashimi, and the fried food and fried fish are all cold and not tasty. There are no drinks provided, and rice and miso soup can be refilled. Breakfast is a buffet, with not many choices, and it is also arranged with the tour group. It can be said to be the worst hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in.

The price/performance ratio is good, not far from the station and attractions, very convenient. The further you go in, the more expensive it is!
