Nice hotel, but the room and the bed were a little small if you're used to a queen or king-sized bed. Some rooms have carpets which is not ideal, but we asked and were moved to a another room with a tiled floor. Very central location, but the slight downside is that it's right on a busy junction and it can get noisy during the day if your window is open. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaners leave 2 bottles of water every day, which is a nice touch.

Although it’s an old hotel, it’s clean and offers good service. Close to public transportation. Everyone from the hotel is helpful and can speak english except for the man from the reception I spoke with when leaving the hotel (his English is poorer than the rest). I trusted the hotel and asked him to call a taxi for airport. He told me it’s safe to use the taxi company that works with the hotel. Unfortunately, the taxi driver still took the longer route just to make more money from tourists. What a shame! The hotel should have taken better care of its guests.

It’s an underrated hotel where not value of money

It is enjoyable to have a historical texture, all the employees are smiling and very interested. The rooms are of average standards, the bathrooms can be modernized a little more, you can stay with peace of mind in terms of cleanliness. However, it is definitely a hotel above price performance. The fact that the kitchen is closed due to the holiday is a handicap, apart from that everything is ***et enjoyable

An excellent solution for the money. In the most convenient location for exploring Izmir There is a fashionable quarter nearby, and across the boulevard there is a historic shopping market.

I was very comfortable, the only problem was ironing. A new iron and ironing board should be purchased.

1. Originated in 1958, at a relatively obvious intersection. 2. The decoration style is European and classical, with many hanging paintings and an old-fashioned sewing machine from China. 3. You can see the tram through the window. 4. The rooms facing the street will not be too quiet at night. 5. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. But the smoke detector keeps blinking, which I don't like.

***The fact that it is in a good location and that the staff is friendly is an important factor that makes me choose this place most of the time.

Good location, but a bit noisy

The location is good, the room size is OK, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high!
