Mi esposo y yo decidimos casarnos en el azul Ixtapa y fue la mejor decisión que pudimos haber tomado. Todo estuvo excelente, el servicio, el lugar, la comida, los costos y la atención personalizada de Liz y Rubi hicieron que tuviéramos un hermoso día e inolvidable experiencia.

al día siguiente de nuestro ingreso tuvimos un percance mi hermano (1.85 de estatura y 130 kg) al salir a la terraza se tropezó y perdió el equilibrio para no caer al precipicio se fue de lado y cayo con un cristal el cual se quebró, se notifico a recepción fueron a revisar y en ese momento no comentaron nada hasta una noche antes de mi salida fue bloqueado el acceso a una habitación de 3 que ocupamos, acudo a recepción y me comentan que bloquearon porque debo pagar el cristal por una cantidad de $10,117 pesos a lo cual les dije que era un accidente y que deberían contar con seguro literal según el hotel (era mejor que se hubiera caído al precipicio), despues de hablar con el gerente en turno autorizo la activación de la habitación. Al momento del check out nuevamente el cobro, en esta ocasión no acudió el gerente fue un jefe de seguridad volví a explicar e igual me informan que no cuentan con ningún tipo de seguro, me comentaron que llamarían a la policía a lo cual le dije "adelante" y los llevamos para que vean que no cuentan con la más mínima seguridad ya que barandal como cristal no están bien sujetos así como les comenté que revisaran sus cámaras. Según ellos nos hicieron descuento se pagaron $4000 pesos para dar pase de salida.

Muy recomendable, excelente atención desde la persona que te recibe en el hotel y las instalaciones súper bien . La comida muy buena y variada. A mis niños les encantó el mar se pudieron divertir al máximo.

My room was on the !9th floor and had a marvelous view of the beach which I enjoyed very much. It was very clean, and the housekeeper was very good. Recommendations to make it upscale, is to add a mini fridge with a couple of soft drinks, chips & nuts and candy bars, and of course water bottles. Also, the towels where rough to the touch, they need to be renewed. We liked that they had a coffee shop in the lobby, and it was pretty good, it would have been excellent if they had a better selection of flavors to add to our coffee, it also lacked a better selection of bakery goods. The attendant was always courteous and provided the best possible service. Pool area definitely needed more waiters, in the entire week that we were there, we were only attended once. The restaurants were equivalent to Denny's in the states, with the exception when you are given the opportunity to fine dining at the specialty restaurants 3 times only. The menus where very limited, Seafood was not available with the exception of a crab cake appetizer. Overall, our stay was average! We went out to dinner in town where we took advantage of the 5-star seafood restaurants.

The customer service in the hotel is beyond outstanding, every single hotel employee is willing to help and always shows a positive attitude. The hotel is in great shape and you can notice that employees are making sure everything is in working condition whether touching up paint, cleaning pools, picking up garbage, etc. The food is good but a bit repetitive although your stay includes at least one dinner in a specialty restaurant (sea food, steakhouse). Overall I am impressed with his hotel and will be coming back for sure.
