Los puntos fuertes del hotel son las áreas de alberca, que cuentan con varios jacuzzis, y las habitaciones. Cuenta con mucha calidad y variedad de bebidas y comidas. El servicio es muy destacable, tanto en el área de albercas, restaurantes y en el lobby, ya que te atienden sin distinción. Sin duda volveríamos.

Busquen oteas opciones, discriminan al turismo Nacional. Llegamos caminando pues el taxi nos dejó primero en el Azul Ixt. Y ahí no nos permitieron entrar, como no había nadie en la caseta entramos a buscar el área de recepción y nos alcanzo una vigilante y nos saco,le solicitamos fuera más amable solo queríamos hospedarnos. Caminamos a este hotel Azul Ixtapa Grand y ahí los guardias estaban hablando por radio, el vigilante Alberto, también nos negó el acceso, de ahí seguimos caminando y finalmente nos hospedamos en Club Med, donde fueron sumamente amables y humanos. Que lamentable que el trato haya sido tan nefasto. Además leí que las instalaciones de ambos hoteles requieren de mantenimiento, por algo suceden las cosas!!! Al final la pasamos excelentemente bien.

Esconden las bebidas premium, un camarón verde en la comida y el chef nunca salió a explicar , le cayó una sombrilla a mi nuera, la jefa de recepción Berenice prepotente y grosera Los gerentes de turno no resuelven y el Director Luis Castañeda nunca quiso atender mis inquietudes

Hola viajeros, nos encontramos en Azul Ixtapa en nuestro segundo dia, es nuestra segunda visita la primera fue yace 7 meses y la verdad nos encantó todo ...!!!! Por eso regresamos. Desde antes de la llegada llamé para confirmar mi resera via, y desde ahi el trato muy amable de parte de la Srta. Venus Ayvar la cúal nos apoyo con una excelente actitud. Bueno en nuestro segundo día, estamos en la alberca para adultos y la atención de nuestro amigo que se encarga de mantenernos bien hidratados jejejeje, es excelente, muchas gracias Valeriano Lugares, más personas con tu actitud de servicio y amabilidad..!!! Por lo pronto aqui seguiremos disfrutando en el Azul Ixtapa Grand. Mañana seguiré mi reseña. Gracias...!!!!

No vayan, no vale la pena, antes estaba bien ahora es un muy mal hotel y servicio, se me perdieron cosas de mi maleta por que ponen todas las maletas en un cuarto donde dejan meter a todo tipo de gente (palabras de ellos), comida mala y mal servicio mi maleta nunca llegó a mi habitación tuve que ir yo por ella
