I have opened my eyes am I dreaming or is this real. Yes I’m in my happy place Atrium platinum, sat at the pool the sun is shining and breeze is cooling. What an amazing welcome we had from our friends yesterday Katerina and Sophia from the pool bar thank you for making my stay most enjoyable just by being you. Julian the bar manager hello my friend it is lovely to see you again. The staff are so friendly and helpful at this hotel. We are b&b here so I can only comment on the breakfast which has a wide choice to suit everyone. Ask me why we come back hear every year for the last 8yrs, it’s because we simply love it, it is peaceful very restful and just amazing. Hello to Fedra my dear Greek friend, Fedra will look after you at the pool she’s very bubbly and friendly, always happy to help you in anyway. Big shout out for all the pool and bar staff at the pool. If you want luxury with elegance, peace and tranquility look no further this hotel is the place to stay. Thank you Atrium for an amazing holiday that I know I will have staying here for next week and half.

Just got back from one weeks stay at the Atrium platinum luxury resort and spa, and it did not disappoint. This is hands down one of the best 5 star hotels we have stayed in and it is so easy to see why there are so many fantastic reviews already. We will be back! The room - We had a side sea view room, which was basically a full sea view in a really quiet area of the hotel. The room itself was extremely clean and the cleaning staff clearly did a fantastic job. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was not too loud on the lowest setting and did a fantastic job at night so we got a good nights sleep. My 4 year old was very excited for the jacuzzi bath, apparently we need to get one at home now! The Pool area - The pools were always very clean and we could tell these are looked after. There are some colder pools, but they aren’t too bad once you get in, particularly if afterwards you jump into the heated pool. We quickly learnt you are not allowed to reserve sun beds, and if you do you receive a little notice to say you can’t do it. Which was actually really nice, as everyone is in the same boat. I really don’t want to be up at 7am to pick a pool spot for the day, so thank you. There was never a problem getting a sun bed, we were out till 2pm one day and managed to still got 4 together. The restaurants - The main restaurant was lovely, serving breakfast lunch and dinner. There was an excellent variety at breakfast. Lunch was a little more scaled down, as not many people used the main restaurant for lunch, but there was always something for us to eat and we could also order from the a la carte menu if desired. Dinner had plenty of variety and you could also order from the menu too. The a la carte restaurants were great, the two down by the pool seemed to usually have availability with the two on the 9th floor being a little harder to get into. The service at the restaurants were all second to none and the food was always absolutely delicious. I had an amazing crispy duck with pancakes dish at koi restaurant, and it really was the best I’d ever had. The children’s menu’s could be a little better though as they were lacking vegetables for the kids. Although my little one was happy with pizza most of the time which she thought was delicious! The Staff - We found out very quickly that the staff are what holds this beautiful hotel together. They do an amazing job! The pool bar staff work really hard throughout the day to make and deliver drinks directly to your sun bed with a quick app order. The restaurant staff were always so lovely, remembered us each time we went into the restaurants and always happy to help if needs be. We got to know the staff through the week and one member of staff even gave my little girl a little toy, which was so kind., thank you so much. This hotel certainly lived up to all the wonderful reviews that led us to our stay. Everything is perfect and it feels effortless, in a way that you almost don’t notice how great it is because it simply all just happens. On reflection, it’s clearly though hard work from the amazing staff here and great leadership that the hotel is the amazing place it is. Some details: Room: I stayed with my 16 year old son and the room was large and modern in design. The balcony provided a fabulous sunset view. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. The cleaners were amazing and the high quality towels and toiletries added a luxurious feel. Pool / Beach: The pools are large and a lovely design. Music is subtle in the background which is nice. Drinks / food service directly to lounger using app. A fantastic lady called Fred has everything so amazingly well organised. You can’t reserve loungers which works really well and removes the usual frustration of those who leave towels early morning and don’t appear for hours! We were B&B as lucky as we wanted to head out on evenings. As well as being able to order (great!) cocktails to the lounger, the hotel shop next to the pool was superbly stocked and we bought large bottles of soft drinks there and filled our large cooling drinks cups. We saved a fortune doing this rather than buying soft drinks from the bar all day. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the hotel but isn’t great. We knew that before coming so it wasn’t a disappointment, but if a beach is essential to your holiday this maybe isn’t the place for you. I’m usually a beach lover but I have to admit I didn’t miss it at all this week, which was the great pool and hotel. Restaurants: As we were B&B, I can only write about breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. The restaurant is beautiful, with white table cloths, cream leather chairs, beautiful view of the sea. Staff are all so friendly and helpful - the biggest smiles to start your day. We ate lunch at the pool bar most days and the food was of a really high quality. It is positioned well and the staff so helpful. Entertainment: It wasn’t our kind of thing, but quite typical of hotel entertainment so that was okay. The acoustic singer outdoors on the Sunday evening for sunset was great, more of that would be a lovely touch. Staff: Though I’ve mentioned throughout this review, I have to give specific attention to the employees here. They are absolutely what makes the place what it is. Everyone I met, of every role including pool cleaners, the manager as he did a walk around, restaurant and bar staff, room and general area cleaners, the shop owners, they are the friendliest, most helpful and lovely people. It’s clear they enjoy working here, and as a result the guests benefit. They keep the place exceptionally clean and ensure everyone is so well looked after. Recently stayed at the Atrium Platinum in Rhodes, what a place it is!! Very relaxing, just what we needed. Food and drink was amazing and all the facilities were second to none. Special shoutout to the pool bar staff (George, Katerina, Sofia, Vasidis, Manos and Laura) who served us all day, every day. Food and drinks were hand delivered to our sunbed within minutes, after using the simple hotel app to order. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
