Good staff

I felt that it was a business hotel from a long time ago, including the price and facilities. Damage to walls and beds is also noticeable. I stayed one night on my way back from Sendai, but Fukushima seems to be a little more expensive overall, and the amenities seem to be minimal. It seems to have been on the side of the front desk, so I didn't notice it, so when I went to pick it up in the morning, it was gone. I managed to do it with my hands, but I thought that a capsule hotel in Tokyo might be more comfortable. All the hotels in Miyagi were very satisfied with the balance of price and service, so they are quite inferior in comparison, and the evaluation may be harsh. excuse me. Some people may not be dissatisfied. I was happy before departure that there was a coffee service at the entrance.

部屋は全体的に古く、壁やカーテンの汚れが目立ちましたが今回は寝るだけなので問題ありませんでした。 トイレと手洗い場に髪の毛が落ちていたのが残念です。 大浴場は夜時間がなく朝に入りましたが掃除が行き届いていて快適でした。アメニティは全てフロント横から持っていくタイプでコップも部屋になく、紙コップを持っていくスタイルですが私は紙コップの方が嬉しいのでポイント高いです。 駅からも近いので泊まるだけならなにも問題ないです。

シンプルなホテルでしたが大浴場とサウナそして500円で岩盤浴は素晴らしいと思いました！ロケーションは駅からちょっと歩きますがホテルの近くに飲食店，スーパー、薬局、ダイソー，無印まであって素晴らしいです！

サウナと水風呂があると聞いて早めに予約しました。 楽しみにチェックインしたら水風呂が壊れていて、いつ直るかわらないと言われた。 とても残念でした。 駅に近く店も多いので場所的には良いと思います。

フロントのスタッフが急な要望にも、円滑かつ丁寧に対応頂けた。
