除了設施沒有傳統老牌酒店那麼齊全外（沒有來回JR的班車但可以代CALL出租，沒有熨燙機，沒有瓶裝水但是有壺裝的冰水這點蠻貼心），其它真的很滿意。服務無可挑剔，無論前台還是餐飲的服務人員都超級熱情和NICE，會出門迎送。景色也很美，對面就是沙灘，晚上在海邊很舒服。一泊二食都是精緻的日式料理，而且獨立隔間，很私密不被打擾。

這家酒店真的是快捷酒店即視感，入住和退房的時候沒有工作人員幫忙拿行李，我們當天入住的時候還下着大雨，餐廳服務尚可，房間內部黑漆漆的，體驗感不太好～

怎麼説呢 衝著體驗一下星野界品牌 總體而言 無論是設施環境服務食品都對的起5k這價格 但是相對來説 5K可以訂個帶私湯的酒店 就這酒店而已 更適合情侶休閑度假 親子出遊就不太推薦 可能因為私密性的原因 酒店大堂都不好找 如果不是自駕或者包車交通挺費勁 餐食也對小朋友不太友好 早晚餐孩子都沒吃好

飯店人員都很親切，服務貼心。住了兩晚，兩天早餐和晚餐都很豐盛好吃，菜單內容有變化。泡完湯有啤酒、冰棒跟飲料可以享用，看著海放空很放鬆。
房間很舒服，只是房間燈光有點暗。
