I leave this review with mixed feelings. The location is excellent and the service was exceptional. Of course, I was the only one staying there. However, I do take exception with ownership. Originally, I had booked two rooms for my son and I to stay three nights. We had some property issues to address nearby so it was convenient. Unfortunately, a few days before leaving from the US, my son's company had an emergency and he was obligated to remain in New York and sort things out. I reached out to the hotel and they informed me that they couldn't do anything at that moment (the deadline for cancelling has expired). However, I went there and, in fact stayed, an extra night to deal with the property. Given the fact that I was the only guest and I did stay four nights, I believe that management could have been somewhat forgiving. They could have charged me for one night for the extra room but instead chose to charge me for all three nights. As much as I liked the place, I would not stay there again. I have travelled the world (not a boast but a fact) and in similar circumstances all hotels have worked with me to adjust their charges.

It is a nicely situated hotel, but on the pricey side for Greece. The power went out regularly. The bathroom is small and if you are taller than 1.75 you will not fit in the shower. You have to pay extra for a cup that fits in the coffee machine. The breakfast is below par for what they are trying to radiate. No fruit juice and no cappuccino. They try to be a 4 or 5 star quality. However, that will not save you with just the building and a swimming pool. The water runs out of the shower in the bathroom. And upon arrival there was a dead rat at the reception outside. No Greek hospitality that you would expect.

They provide you exactly what they describe and promise you! Wonderful rooms with Scandinavian design married to ****** architecture! Clean with a great view! I booked my appointment for a massage through a tablet that I had in my room, which provided me with convenience and control of the hotel's services for the entire duration of my stay! Swimming pool with an excellent view pool bar updated ! The restaurant is an experience in itself!

Favorite hotel visiting for the fourth time. Really pet friendly and really kind staff and owners! Always present with the aim of providing the best service. Beautiful view, wonderful pool, rich breakfast, clean and with comfortable mattresses. Since we have been 4 times in 8 years I want to point out that they have not rested and are constantly trying to renovate and change things to stay high in the facilities! It's more than worth it!!

The location of Petra & Fos is amazing with a breathtaking view on the see. The Hotel is a typical example of architecture from Mani peninsula and a luxurious oasis in a privileged location. Rooms are spacious and finely decorated (beds are extremely comfortable). Breakfast is great with local products (try the best Kayana of the planet). The restaurant offers typical but no common plates with heavenly tastes. The personnel is extremely nice and they all make the difference!

Great boutique hotel, beautiful view, very good restaurant. It was off season, the hotel was practically empty. Honestly a very nice experience and great staff. A little far from Athens but nice area with lots of places to walk.
