The location of the hotel is good for public transfer such as bus Istanbul airport, bus to Bulgaria and other cities of Turkey. The breakfast of the hotel is good and have a lot of choice of food.

The location is relatively quiet, the room is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, and the service is very considerate

It was near the bus stop for the express bus, and we used it to wait until the departure time late at night.

The room was a good size, the only downside was the desk was small. The desk in the luxury room is large, very comfortable to work, the internet is also very smooth, and the room service is very nice. I lost something when I changed rooms, and the cleaning staff found me directly, which made me love this place

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days, the hotel is terrible, breakfast too.. the staff was the only one who was responsive, after the 3rd day I stayed in another hotel, the only thing is that it is not far from the metro. It is also far to the center

It is located in Rich, within walking distance from the long distance bus terminal (Otogar Station) and convenient for early morning or late night bus travel. However, please note that Otogar Station is far from major tourist destinations, so if you are staying for a long time, it will take some time to get there. The hotel is buffet-style, and the menu changes every day, so you'll never get bored. There are also many restaurants and cafeterias around the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel. It was a good hotel for a quick rest. The breakfast was good and I stayed there before heading back to the airport.

Februárban lefoglaltuk a szállásunkat 13 főre, ehhez képest érkezéskor nem kaptuk meg az előre kifízetett foglalásunkat! Nem kompromiszum készek a recepción. Kompenzácíóra nem adtak lehetőséget, munkahelyi vezetővel nem tudtunk beszélni, nem hívták oda a kérésūnkre! Nagyon érdekes az ūgyben, hogy jelen pillanatban is tudok a Bookingon foglalni szállást! Tehát átverik ebben a szállodában a vendégeket! Ma levettem 1400 km-t, és nem tudom kipihenni magam! Soha többet nem jövūnk ide, és másnak sem ajánlom! A szoba állapota tragikus, føleh a fūrdőszoba! Hányadék! We booked our accommodation in February for 13 people, but upon arrival we did not receive our prepaid reservation! The reception is not ready to compromise. They did not give us the opportunity to compensate, we could not speak to a manager at work, they did not call us at our request! It is very interesting that I can still book accommodation on Booking at this moment! So they are cheating guests in this hotel! I drove 1400 km today and I cannot rest! We will never come here again and I will not recommend it to anyone! The condition of the room is tragic, the bathroom is disgusting! Vomit!

The whole impression is spoiled by the smell of tobacco everywhere!!! They smoke everywhere, in the rooms, on the floor, in the elevator. The worst thing is that the hotel employees smoke near the elevator (near the kitchen) the smell goes to all the floors! The administrators ask to write good reviews during breakfast, we did not write.

We were passing through Istanbul and booked 1 night in advance at this hotel. The location was convenient for us, as we arrived from Bulgaria at the bus station and from there we went to the airport the next day. So the location of the hotel is very good for our case. We arrived at the bus station at 4:45 and were already at the hotel at 5 am. Check-in is only at 14:00, we planned to pay extra and check-in early because we were very tired. When we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that there were no rooms available, unfortunately. We were saved by the fact that in the lobby there are several quite comfortable sofas with pillows. Since we were traveling with children, we were very kindly allowed to occupy all the sofas and be accommodated quite comfortably. We literally slept for 1.5-2 hours and had to get up because people started arriving. We were allowed to go to breakfast, although the price of the reservation included 1 breakfast only for the next day. It turns out that we were fed for free on the day of check-in, although we shouldn’t have been :) There are always very nice, smiling and helpful guys at the reception. Special thanks to them for their wonderful attitude towards guests! Around 9 am a room became available and we were immediately checked in. Although according to the terms of the reservation, check-in is only at 14. We were with 2 children. The room has 2 beds: 1 large and 1 single. The guys from the reception brought us an extra folding bed, a very comfortable one. Maybe the hotel has some disadvantages, but the wonderful attitude of the staff more than made up for everything! Definitely recommend!!!

There is no Wi-Fi, I mean, theoretically it is, but in fact it is not! Relatively clean room, clean bed, which is good news, acceptable breakfast, polite staff. Walking distance to the bus station. Overall 6/10
