Wow! The service from the moment we got out of the taxi to our checkout!! Amazing! This hotel has made me prefer Marriott to any other hotel in the world. Great staff and very helpful. Will definitely book again if not in Istanbul then definitely anywhere else. Super impressed!! Beautiful see view room and the cherry on the cake for me and my trip!

i think this hotel is one of the best choice if you travel to Tuzla or Pendik. It's really nice people here and also room is clean enough.

Wonderful

The location is excellent, and I got a free upgrade to a sea view room. The service is friendly, I will come again next time. It is not far from the port. If you come from Istanbul New Airport, it will be a little far. But the locals are still very enthusiastic, and I like the people in this area.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, as well as to the prince's islands (you can literally see it from the windows of the room). The hotel is located far from the center of Istanbul, but for us this was a separate plus. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded, which was certainly nice. The room is clean, with a huge bed and a bathroom. All accessories are there, even, banally, cotton swabs in the box. In addition, on the lower floors there is an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a spa area with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, etc. Everywhere they provide towels, water and slippers, but (!) you need to bring hats with you or you can buy them at the reception desk. The staff is friendly, ready to help with absolutely any difficulty (we had one robe in our room and literally 10 minutes later they brought us an extra one). I would also like to mention the breakfast: an abundance of literally everything you can imagine on the buffet. Starting with hot dishes and cheese plates, ending with various fruits. We will definitely come back here again! Highly recommend!

It was so noisy because there was an event on the top floor. There were no restaurants around. It was quite far from any good places to go. I wish it didn't smell like cigarettes.

The hotel environment is nice, but there is nothing to do nearby. The service is terrible. I called twice to ask for a room but they couldn't deliver it. The spa had empty rooms but they told me that they couldn't do the treatment I wanted today because it was cheaper.

I really liked the hotel, close to Sabiha airport. 15-20 minutes drive. Clean, beautiful, excellent service. We were upgraded to a free room as a compliment from the hotel, although we didn’t even ask for it. The room was given on the 15th floor with a gorgeous view of the sea. The breakfast is delicious and varied, a lot of fruits, vegetables and herbs, delicious desserts, it’s convenient that breakfast starts at 6 in the morning, our flight was at 10, we had time to have breakfast and go to the airport in peace. There is a spa area, included in the price, there is a jacuzzi, an indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, hammam, a rain room, massages for an additional fee. 2 bars and 2 restaurants - in the lobby and on the roof. The restaurant is a little expensive, in our opinion. A taxi was called from the reception, no cheating, payment using a taximeter was convenient. They greet you, open the doors, help you carry your luggage. Drinking water is free in the lobby and in the room.
