The staff were great and helpful, providing recommendations and helping us store our luggage. They also provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. The location is conveniently near the train station, the picturesque wall is right at your doorstep, and the rooms were furnished well.

This is super convenient to catch the train from Xi’an city. Just right next to the Railway station! They also have English speaking staff.

The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, the language was not a problem but use translator. It would just be important to indicate which metro exit is closest and easiest due to luggage (exit 4) Regarding the room, it was a great stay with a clean room and a stunning view and nice point have a laundry .

The hotel is clean, modern and near the subway station. Only staff cannot speak English that is normal in Xi'an.

Clean and relatively new rooms. It’s also a smart hotel setting with good shower and strong air conditioning. Next to train terminal so it’s very convenient if there is a need to rush for the train. Near to lots of eateries and convenient shop. The front desk guy is super helpful if trying to find a room that suits our needs. Overall, very good price for the room.

It's Located just next to the Xian train and metro station. Very convenient. There are police patrolling the square 24 hours, feel very safe. The hotel deco is new, clean. Customer service is friendly and efficient.

Smell smoking in th room

The hotel is located right next to Xi'an Railway Station, just a few dozen meters from the exit. The advantage is that you can stay immediately after arriving at the station, and you can enter the station immediately after leaving the hotel. The disadvantage is that you can hear the announcement of the train station and the sound of trains entering and leaving the station. You can still hear it vaguely after closing the window. People with light sleep should be cautious. I don't care if I sleep very hard. The room I was assigned can still see the platform and train from the window. However, since the train station and the city wall are on both sides of the hotel, you can see the platform but not the city wall. The hotel environment is quite clean and the decoration is also grand. The most important thing is that there are washing machines and dryers that can be used for free, which is very comfortable, but it is not clear whether you need to queue during peak hours. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, there are lockers available, and I also took several more bottles of mineral water. In the end, I found that the curtains in the room were actually electric. I was surprised that I would spend money in such a place, but it is really comfortable to lie down and close the curtains before going to bed and open the curtains with one button when I wake up.
