We reached very late after a long journey and while booking had asked for extra bed. The staff does not speak english at all , they refused to provide extra bed and said we will have to manage with whatever is available as tbey are short staffed and no one can put extra bed. It took us one hour and lots of discussion to get another room and finally manage to get some rest. Not worth booking. Carpets were dirty also.

Good location in the center of Urumqi (although there is no real city center here!). They do Covid test inside the hotel. Room is very nice. Breakfast was OK but a bit disappointing.

The hotel really disappointed me. I chose this hotel after reading the reviews and the distance to various attractions.
