Great location in the city centre, our harbour view room was lovely although the shower/bath was a bit dirty and worn out. Decent buffet breakfast selection and all the staff were super friendly.

Not a safe place to stay. My money was stolen in my room. No one did anything about it. Never ever got anything stolen in all the 70 countries I've visited. You can find much nicer and safer in Apia. Don't waste your time and money here

It was a great stay for business, very close to everything and easy taxi rides to all else. The staff were exceptional in their hospitality and all things went well. Even arriving and departing at 4am on two Saturdays was not an issue. Highly recommended.

Check in was a joke got there at 3 got to our room at 5.30 Room was not serviced till 4pm, then had to wait till 9pm for towels if they came, had to ring reception twice for towels They run out of bacon at 8.30am🤬 Meals are overpriced Most of the staff were very helpful Private taxi back to airport, driver thought he was a racing driver, gospel music was so loud 😱 Flight was delayed 3hrs Won’t be back

Great location. If you arrange transport from airport. They can add the cost to your room

I stayed here for three nights and it was all right. It seems you cannot expect the same standards in Samoa or most of the South Pacific so if you compared this to Sheratons in other parts of the world it's definitely lacking. The room is generally fine but there are small things like the curtains that need renovation. The balcony overlooking the water was great and the staff is very nice. The location is good and central but be careful with dogs. This isn't the hotel's fault but if you try to walk around there are dogs not locked up by their owners and some of them are vicious. I got bite walking to Vaiala Beach. The Samoa govt needs to do something abt dog owners letting their dogs wander outside their properties. When I told the hotel guys I got bite they acted like this happens all the time.

Fail to deliver. Calling the reception from the room on few occasions will not get you anywhere unless you walk to their front desk sharing with them that the calls is not answered . Apologies ahoy from the receptionist ., A request for their bellhop to collect the luggage’s comes to naught as no one arrive at the requested time . Suggest Future potential Guest do not consider to stay here unless you want disappointment. Go anywhere as we will Never stay or recommend this Hotel to anyone.

In general much better than Sheraton beach resort. Nevertheless not fully clean room, no furniture on balcony, very dirty lift and public floors and a terrible dirty stairway

It was ok ? Need to improve on service . Elevators always broken . When booked , a room with two queen beds on line they give you a different room saying that room is not available.

Pristine location, accessible to all amenities within town area. Need improvement on their buffet breakfast selection in view of premium price paid. Otherwise will definitely stay here again. Reservation process was perfect!
