Booked the Barin hotel for me and my 15 year old son during a 2 day shopping trip. Excellent location. Very clean. Room a little small but everything was like new. Breakfast is good also. I would definitely stay here again for a short trip. Thank you .

Excellent hotel for short trips. First of all, the staff at the reception was amazing - they let me check in one hour earlier as they had an available room. I had to leave very early the next day and they let me have breakfast at 6:30, before the restaurant was open to guests. Thanks a lot. As for the room, I stayed at a 4-star hotel the day before, and this hotel was much better. Clean, tidy, everything is pretty new. Quiet as well. It's situated near the metro station (5 min walk) and about 20 min walk from Sultanahmet and Haghia Sofia mosques. Nearby many restaurants and cafes. I've been to several hotels in this area and this is by far the best one in that price range. I recommend it for solo travelers or couples.

I immediately had problems because they gave me a very weak room facing the back, very small and with two beds, when I had booked a room overlooking the city with a double bed and much higher. I said it wasn't what I had booked and they said they would cancel it to look for another one 🤬🤬 I said I was going to complain about them, which was unacceptable, they said they couldn't do better. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and they said he wasn't there, and they could only change it the next day. Luckily they were as good as their word and I was well settled another day. The Turks all have the idea that they are smart and swindlers, eyes wide open 😸

The Hotel Barin is a very good hotel. The rooms are very nice. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is great, there is nothing missing. I can only recommend it.

This beautiful hotel with its excellent location has the most caring and professional staff, always willing to help out whatever the time. Recep is especially helpful. Breakfast is very rich with traditional food and rooms are comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel with a great location. All the sights of the Sultanahmet area are within walking distance. I liked that the furniture, plumbing, bed linen - everything is new. The staff is polite, speaks English perfectly. The quality of the hotel clearly exceeds its cost. Breakfasts are varied, everything is tasty and fresh. But there were also disadvantages: 1) the view from the balcony to the wall of the house. I don’t see the point in having such a balcony, because it is impossible to admire the views from it 2) my husband and I were given a room with two single beds, and we did not change the room until the end of the holiday

Hotel Barin in Istanbul. 3* hotel but better than many 4*. Top location, very central, just 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops in all nearby streets. Rooms are good and with air conditioning. Top cleaning, very friendly and attentive staff. For me, if I return to Istanbul it will without a doubt be my option. Very well organized with transfers. My departure will be at 3:15 am and they will prepare a picnic bag for us with breakfast.
