1. The location is superb. Right at the heart of Taxim Square. 2. The staff was really helpful and accomodating. They assist my mother to use the stair lift every time. 3. The breakfast is quite nice actually. Wide selection of food to choose from. The view at the restaurant was magnificent. You have both view of the Bosphorus Straits and Taxim Square. 4. The staff was very attentive, one day, it was really cold and i took a long hot shower. The staff called me to ask if I was ok or if I was smoking in the room. It turns out, the smoke detector silent alarm triggered. So I told them maybe because I took a really hot shower and the steam triggered the alarm.

Greetings, we were on our honeymoon and our booking shows king bed, but they provide us two separate beds and then our floor AC was faulty not working at all, its July summer time , anyhow we weren't happy with the service we expected from This hotel .

It was really bad dirty inside the room shower didn't work unbelievable bad smell inside the room  I booked for one night  There is no shampoo inside bathrooms  It was disgusted

The location was great, and the breakfast was quite good. However, I wasn’t very impressed with the room.

Location was very good. But that’s it.

I definitely don't recommend it to anyone, Was the first and last time right away. Room was okay Location is great Employees nothing to do, they don't work with you at all, they made everything difficult. Enough better hotels in the area!

The location is excellent, opposite Taksim Square and next to cafes and restaurants. The price is high because it is in the middle of the square. I thank the service staff for their warm welcome.

Nice room without window because it's standard it seems like a punishment to me
