The hotel exceeded my expectations. Honestly after reading some of the reviews online, I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised that everything went very smoothly. Check-in process was easy, the rooms were cleaned everyday, the breakfast options were decent, you can drop your luggage at the reception after checking out if you have a night flight, etc. They even gave us some complimentary chocolates for NYE! Last but not least, the location is just superb (very close to the tram line, marmaray line, and the havaist bus stop)

Good service

Won't be suggested at all ! - Room very small - Noise of vehicle on the road can't let you sleep - Reception not very friendly and helpful - Asked for 100 Lira for charger adapter which I used to borrow during my staying in other hotels ! - Can't supply simple things like iron ! - Was pushing for 45$ to provide a taxi to airport, which I got it only for 600 lira !

It was good!

The main advantage of the hotel is breakfast on the rooftop, the view is beautiful and tasty. The hotel itself is supposedly modern. In the picture, but everything is pretty worn out, the bed linen has holes. It’s dirty, it probably hasn’t had any fingerprints since it was opened, but I’m keeping quiet under the bed and in the corners. There is an elevator. We were with children, we wouldn’t go there a second time

Good location

有三張床的小房間適合帶小朋友入住。位於老城區批發市場的地方，但房內相當安靜。附近的交通很方便，有機場大巴。早餐不算很豐富，但集中了黑海地中區的美味佳餚。除了房間小了點，設施配件久點其他都很不錯。服務熱情周到。 需注意：房內不要提供牙刷、牙膏、梳子。
