İt wasn’t bad but it needs maintenance especially the electricity wires in the bathroom

We spent our first night in Istanbul at a sketchy old apartment turned hotel by Taksim square , which turned out a nightmare. So when we finally arrived at th hotel, we were amused by everything the room has. With the reasonable rates and perfect location ( next to a mall and the public trans is in the front ), and tons of stores and restaurants in the vicinity, we can’t complain. Would come back and stay again

No doubt that Cnr inci Hotel one of the best experience and services in Istanbul, affordable, accessible and people are friendly and multi language stuff who never hesitate to guide me or assist me whenever I need them. Hotel is clean, center of the city Thank you so much everyone

It's not very clean, if possible, improve the cleanliness and prepare offers for breakfast & lunch so that guests don't have to go far to buy food...

Very very big, close to everywhere and the employees are kind, the room is big, the sound insulation is nice compared to other hotels, because the room is big.

Everything is fine, super good wifi, the only bad thing is that the TV doesn't have much content

There was a lot of noise, the room was not very clean

It was terrible. There were bedbugs in the room, no one returned the money, I had to rush to another hotel and spend extra money. I do not advise anyone to stay here, also, apart from bedbugs, terrible dirt, broken sockets and battered furniture

Maybe some people were lucky, but not us. When we entered the hotel room, we noticed there were just 1 big bed( for 2 people) and 1 small bed, but we were 4 people. Not to mention that the room was made for 2 people, because the small bed didn’t fit there and there were 2 slippers, 2 shampoos etc. After talking to them, they didn’t even apologised for the inconvenience and told us they would bring one more small bed in 5 minutes. We waited 2 hours and they brought a bed, which also didn’t fit ok and we had to jump from one bed to get to the other. On top of this, the support for toilet paper was broken. Everything else was ok, it’s a clean hotel.

Disgusting, dirty, falling apart. Huge hole under the toilet and on the walls. The bed consists of two mattresses on the floor. You have to make the bed yourself, and you won't get a cent back. I'm so sorry, ZEHIR ZIKKIM, I'm not going to book again!!! I'm not going to book again.
