Excellent hotel. The location is very good, everything is close to Istiklal and Taksim Square. Lots of bars and cafes within walking distance. If the room faces the street, it will be noisy at night. The hotel has a sauna and hamam, but you need to book a visit in advance, we never managed to visit them. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

We have previously stayed at this hotel chain in the village of Kirish. This was the determining factor when choosing a place to stay in Istanbul. The hotel is cozy, when we checked in we were upgraded to a very spacious room with sofas, a large bed and robes). The breakfasts are excellent. Delicious, there is always something to choose from. I was especially pleased that there is soup.  There are cafes nearby and a large party street with a huge number of shops.  Thank you

This exquisite hotel is located on Istiklal Avenue, a 10-minute walk from Taksim Metro Station (M2 (subway) & F1 (cable car) lines), and a 15-minute walk down to Tophane Tram Station (T1 line) to the Golden Horn and Old Town area. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from several supermarkets such as Sok, Carrefour, Migros and Macrocenter. In addition, there are many famous Turkish restaurants, dessert shops and specialty bars on Independence Avenue near the hotel. The family room can accommodate up to 4 people. The room has a panoramic view of the old town. In addition to a king-size double bed, the room also has 2 comfortable, soft and wide sofa beds. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast (7:30~10:30) with a variety of continental and local Turkish cuisine.

Environment: On a big uphill slope, there are bars around the hotel, which will be open until one or two in the morning, two or three in the morning. It doesn't matter. You can be mentally prepared by reading reviews in advance. But the room is so clean that you can't check in. The paper towels on the table are half a box. You can imagine it! It's like sitting on pins and needles. Check in for 3 hours and check out decisively to the lacklist. It's really a bad experience. The hotel front desk deliberately speaks English very fast, pretending to understand you sometimes and pretending to be stupid sometimes. Ctrip customer service told us that the room was not clean. When we checked out, he apologized and said to change the room. At this time, the English speed was normal and we could communicate. You can experience it yourself.

It's right in the pedestrian street, so you have to drag your luggage around, but it's very convenient to go out and play. There are a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. The room is big, the price is affordable, and the service is OK. I highly recommend it.

Very cozy hotel with good repair, everything is of high quality, we really enjoyed our stay. Hamam for guests is free. Convenient location - a quiet street, but 1 minute walk and you are on the busy Istiklal, another 2 minutes and Taksim square, metro; 10 minutes to the Galata tower, 15 minutes to the port. Breakfast is delicious, good choice.

The hotel is just super!!! I liked everything, the rooms are large and very clean, everything is new, the room has a tea and coffee set, water, shampoos and shower gel. They cleaned every day, very tasty breakfasts. The service is also super, there is Russian-speaking staff. The hotel is located in the tourist area, nearby there are a lot of cafes, shops, currency exchange offices, souvenir shops, chain stores such as Mango, Zara, LS Waikiki, etc. There are also restaurants nearby with a rooftop terrace with a magnificent view of Istanbul. The only thing is that the hotel is far from the main attractions, 30 minutes by taxi. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
