They even upgraded my room to bigger one. The hotel is just nice located at the center but it was hilly. Overall the hotel is clean and amazing service!

Overall satisfactory / above average experience and would recommend anyone visiting Istanbul. Improvement point would be to put in place a water dispenser and breakfast timing should be extended.

The hotel staff was very arrogant and had a very bad attitude. There was no hot water for the shower. After I told the staff, they were very perfunctory and checked out directly. They kept emphasizing how much I paid, but these were the only services. Their attitude was ridiculously bad.

Nice room with comfortable bed. We went in November and it was very warm. The reception was very good and attentive. The only downside was that breakfast was served in the hotel next door and we didn't like it very much.

I do not recommend, the staff did not allow me to rest comfortably

The location was very good and you could walk to tourist spots right away. The room was cleaner than I expected and felt like a good deal.

The room was on the first floor, the windows faced the next wall. At home, it was not very comfortable. Cleaning was done every day. Overall, no complaints

立地は非常によく、イスタンブールの旧市街地を観光するなら、もってこいのホテルだと思います。また、1日10ユーロで部屋のアップグレードをしていただき、非常に満足した滞在になりました。悪いところを上げるとすれば、エレベーターの音が気になった程度です。

A beautifully characteristic little hotel right behind the Blue Mosque. The hotel was decorated wonderfully and was so clean and tidy in all areas. The staff were very friendly and professional, and also helpful if needed, and organized for me my taxi transfers to and from the airport.

Every time I come to this beautiful city I book a room in this nice hotel. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, nice views to the Sea. You can easily reach all the famous sights in Istanbul by foot or with Metro 2, Tram 1, Marmaray, Ferries etc. Another thing that made me happy and feel welcome was, that the receptionist recognized me from my last trip, especially considering that sooo many tourists come to Istanbul every day. Thanks for everything and see you next time! I can only recommend it!!!
