the most disgusting hotel you can find in Istanbul. If you book an economy room, you live in the basement. The soundproofing is disgusting and it is impossible to sleep. Someone is constantly walking upstairs and disturbing your sleep. Hot water only from the shower from the tap for washing there is none

I was stranded and I booked but I wasn’t allowed to check in they told me I can’t till 2pm in the afternoon and they didn’t refund me back

По факту заселили в соседний отель Divas, номер подвальный, маленькое окошко на уровне ног прохожих, но при жаре +34 это даже плюс. Номер просторный, свой санузел, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер. С водой проблем нет. Ежедневная уборка. Настойчиво предлагали номер с видом за дополнительные 10 евро в сутки. До голубой мечети 5 минут пешком. Из самых заметных минусов - адская слышимость

Worst kind of hotel. Owner was extremely rude. I have travelled to 25+ countries and stayed in many hotels but never came across such a rude owner. On my first night, I was assured at the reception that breakfast was included. However, couple of days later, I was told that I need to pay for it. I was ready to pay but said I want to discuss about it. Polite receptionist called owner to explain. Owner, who doesn't live far turned up angrily and said he will call police and throw my items out. He couldn't speak english, didn't want to talk or listen through receptionist who was willing to interpret. For context I was travelling with old parents and my wife. Completely ruined my experience. Ohh and I haven't even mentioned dark and damp rooms and flaky toilet seat which broke on the last day.
