I dont remember when was the last i ever wrote a bad review and unfortunately i am forced to as our experience was one of the worst. Having paid an amount of almost USD 900$ it was certainly not worth it. we had booked a superior King room and requested way in advance for a nice view. We were given a room with the wall of the Mosque right Infront which was quite claustrophobic. After requesting for a change, they moved us to another room in their main reception building with absolutely no view and all blocked with walls. Not having much of a choice we had no choice but to stay back in this room. Feedback of the Hotel and the room 3111: Hilton a brand that is known to be a 5 star had towels that were torn. The quality of towels were like any basic 2-3 star. The water was clogging and all coming out from either the shower or the toilet area, whenever you use it making it very uncomfortable with water leakage. A terrible sewage stench was coming all the time in the toilet. I understand this is an old hotel however pricing to a point where the comfort is being compromised is not acceptable. I was so looking forward to this stay and was a total disappointment. There are no elevators in the entire property. so those who stay on 2nd floor will have to walk up and down each time they need to go out. Facilities: Another big disappointment was to use the Jacuzzi as hotel guests is Chargeable which was surprising as well EUR 50-70. All this should have been mentioned in the hotel description as all over the world the facilities are free for guests usage other than SPA (massages) which is chargeable. Location wise: definitely not for the elderly as it is at a steep hill so to get up to the room and go down would really be a challenge and each time you may have to call the buggy service. STAFF were kind. only good thing perhaps. PLEASE MAKE A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER ESPECIALLY BECAUSE YOU ARE CHARGING A GOOD AMOUNT FOR THE ROOM!!! AS FOR US we do not recommend this hotel at all.

Really nice hotel in the heart of the sultanahmet area. Very very convenient if you want to spend a few days exploring the area and the top sites (Aya sofia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace etc) 2 super nice cafe areas. the hotel is across a big area, better to stay closer to the reception that is across from the Sultan Hurrem Hamam as it will save you having to take a golf cart everytime you need a taxi.

If you need a very quiet place to stay, this is not your place. It located right next to Hagia Sophia, some rooms are right next to the tramway so it wouldnt be as quiet until 11pm. Walking distance to most of the attractions in old city, service was great. Breakfast has a selection of international or traditional Turkish, breakfast could be better.

Very good hotel in a stunning location. The two first days were great. But they charge 50 euros for the use of the indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi without prior notice, after telling me it was included in the room charge at the beginning. Gym is not well equipped. Breakfast room is small. Staff is friendly and efficient. Very attentive and nice at the beginning, much less towards the end. The last day they forgot to replace shampoo and shower gel, and I had to call to get some.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The only drawback is that the rooms on the second and third floors are accessed by stairs. It is not convenient to get in and out of luggage. Of course, you can ask the hotel guy to help take it upstairs.

Advantages: good location, good facilities Disadvantages: the front desk is full of world-weariness, the waiters are all service-oriented, breakfast, airport transfer and spa are ridiculously expensive

For me who is traveling alone, the hotel is in the scenic area, there is a shuttle bus, and I can walk directly to the mosque, but the room is really too small, the lighting is also very dim, there are two choices for breakfast, one called green house is not bad.

The hotel I stayed at on my first stop in Turkey. Right next to Hagia Sophia, it's very close to the surrounding attractions on foot, but it's not recommended to drive in because it's hard to park, but I guess no one would choose to drive in Istanbul. The staff's service attitude is very good. The room needs to climb stairs up and down, which is not very convenient. The price is nearly 2,000 yuan per night. The faucet in the bathroom 🚰 is not working and was not repaired in time. The breakfast is OK.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast environment is good. We like the rich European breakfast. The service is also very considerate. The Sophia Church is just outside the door and the Blue Mosque is just a few steps away. It is convenient to go anywhere in the old area. Recommended!

The hotel is right next to Hagia Sophia, divided into two areas, and you need a shuttle to go between them. The staff are all handsome guys, and the service is good. The only thing is that it is too close to the mosque. Every morning before 5 am and after 10 pm, the loud speakers resounding throughout the square are unbearable.
