I reserved the deluxe room with lake view they gave me a regular room with no lake view and didn’t bother to change it until i had an argument with them. They gave me the room after two days i asked for compensation They gave me a free breakfast i never asked for

The hotel is right next to the exhibition, 10 minutes walk. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower. It is clean and well-stocked. The breakfast is rich, but the service needs to be improved. We wanted the waiter to pour a cup of coffee, and she pointed to the coffee machine and said she would do it herself. There was free cake in the lobby in the afternoon. The best thing is that we checked in at 8 am! The dinner in the hotel restaurant is also acceptable. But it is too far to the city center, 1.5 hours. Only suitable for exhibitions!

The room sanitation service is good, the staff service is OK, and the hotel facilities are complete. It is very close to the exhibition and convenient for travel. I will continue to choose this. But you can't check in early.

In addition, even if I booked a room for 3 people, with a large bed and a small bed, if it was written as one person, an extra person would have to pay an extra 40 euros per person. The hotel is also very old. In short, the experience was very poor
