i think it is so so hotel check in time is super slow the hotel room smell smoky the checkin time is super slow and the staffs are not so polite in my way

Good service, average location. The room can feel abit small for family nevertheless it was clean and modern.

Rooms are not very spaciou. Need more lights too .

There cleanandgood service but really thats looks cheater , they leave some water and nuts and bisquit in refrigator if you use some .for example innoutside can buy less than 50 lira but there they accountbto you more than 500 lira, noted they didnt write price on it

Was a little out the way, but had a free shuttle bus to taksim square which was really helpful and handy. It came on the hour and was easy to use. Room was not cleaned and breakfast plate was left in the room for over 4 days while we got a connection flight to Antalya so was disappointed to see the food plate still in the room when we arrived back after 4 nights away.

Rude and condescending front desk officer. Thinks he is a big f. Ask deposit as if i owe him money. Room service cleaning maid two times barged in without any waiting or confirmation. You should have called earlier to confirm if i have checked out. Not barged in to confirm. Stupid hotel with no view. Dont ever stay at this doubletree. Many foreigners were unhappy too.

The hotel is comfortable, central and the team working here is amazing. Irem saved my situation with the taxi driver finding the solution with cash, he and his colleague Arda were so helpful with my relatives arrival and providing early check in. Kind, cheerful and great people. True hospitality. Thank you!

The experience was terrible. It was hard to communicate with the front desk. Ctrip was also quite speechless. I had paid for a hotel for one night, but because Ctrip did not transfer the payment, I was late for check-in. I had to wait for communication for a few hours before checking in. When I checked out, I was told that Ctrip still had not transferred the payment and would deduct the deposit! I was speechless and very unhappy!

Conclusion: I was recommended by *** to live here. I regret it and will never stay here again when I come to Istanbul in the future. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable, the room was small, the gym was cold and damp, and the breakfast was boring. After resting in the evening, the waiter called me and said that I had a water leak and needed to be checked. This was ridiculous. The only advantage is that the shabby landscape outside the window has a unique flavor.

I'm very disappointed. To be honest, I know that DoubleTree is a relatively cheap hotel owned by Hilton, but they advertise themselves as five-star, so guests will have expectations for service and facilities. But these three nights were disappointing. First of all, we didn't know that the hotel didn't take the initiative to provide washing utensils. It was already eight or nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived. We went back to the hotel to rest after dinner, and we didn't find out when we were washing. We immediately called the front desk to get toothbrushes, etc. We were surprised that no one had brought them to us after an entire night! We didn't brush our teeth that first night! The next night I went directly to the front desk to pick it up. The staff told me to ask someone to bring it up. It took about two hours before someone brought it up. Second, the service attitude of the staff is generally cold. When you go to the front desk for consultation, they will not take the initiative to say hello or ask you if you need anything. Third, the bathroom has a smell from underground channels for a long time, which will float into the room. The experience is really bad. Because I was so tired on the first night, I didn’t want to change anymore. God knows how long it would take for me to sleep with such efficiency. In addition, the plates that the guests had finished were placed outside in the corner, and they almost tripped over when passing by. I don't know why this happens, this needs to be improved. In short, if I come to Istanbul again, I will not choose this place again.

We stayed in the hotel for a week. Everything was beautifully decorated and cleaned every day. It was just great. The staff were also very friendly. We would happily return.
