Situated at the central area in the Europe side of Istanbul with the busting shopping area which is just muns away from Rixos Petra Istanbul Hotel. It give tourist a privilege of stay, shopping, food and drink. The front desk, doorman and conceige has provided well information with their pleasant smile and assistance to ensure every customer's feel great satisfaction A recommended hotel for people coming to Istanbul

Great reception staff! We were welcomed with freshly made juice and brought little treats throughout our stay. Any time we asked for assistance or more water there was no issues. Great location near major walking street. Twelve minute walk to Galata Tower. The facilities were wonderful. Delightful breakfast with a variety of salads, meats, cheeses, and local dishes. We would definitely come back to stay in the future!

The air-conditioning didnt work well or some days at all. It was impossible hot to be at the room and sleep. As the hotel's stuff had say it was impossible to make it better

The location of the hotel is nice, the employees are helpful, but the hotel does not give an invoice and even the coffee machine in the room is paid, you can stay in better places with more facilities for the same price.

Overall I liked everything. Near the metro, cafes, shops. Beautiful view of the city.

The location is very good, just a few steps away from Independence Street. The hotel guy is handsome and enthusiastic. The interior of the room is in the classic style that we like, and the supplies are very complete.

The size of the room is right. The side near the British embassy is very quiet. The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of varieties and excellent taste. The restaurant has a good view. The English and Turkish accent of the front desk waiter is too strong, the attitude is relatively blunt, forgetful, and almost lost the order materials. Because I left the store at 5:30 in the morning, I asked to prepare a simple breakfast to take away, but it was forgotten by the front desk. In a word, the front desk service is poor.
