Fabulous hotel, in a fantastic location and I had a really nice 3 day trip to Istanbul. Staff are very attentive ! will stay there on my next trip too..

Situated at the central area in the Europe side of Istanbul with the busting shopping area which is just muns away from Rixos Petra Istanbul Hotel. It give tourist a privilege of stay, shopping, food and drink. The front desk, doorman and conceige has provided well information with their pleasant smile and assistance to ensure every customer's feel great satisfaction A recommended hotel for people coming to Istanbul

Great reception staff! We were welcomed with freshly made juice and brought little treats throughout our stay. Any time we asked for assistance or more water there was no issues. Great location near major walking street. Twelve minute walk to Galata Tower. The facilities were wonderful. Delightful breakfast with a variety of salads, meats, cheeses, and local dishes. We would definitely come back to stay in the future!

The hotel has a good location: taxis are easy to get to, it is close to a pedestrian street (2 minutes walk), there is a Starbucks on the 1st floor of the building. The service is not bad. The impression was spoiled by the departure: there is a coffee machine and capsules in the room, and usually in all the hotels where we stayed, including Rixos, this is free, but upon departure they presented a bill for a considerable amount, although before using it we looked at all the signs and nowhere was it said that we would have to pay extra for this. Also, no one reminded us about the deposit, in a hurry we almost left without it. They did not want to give it back for another 10 minutes, claiming that there was nothing, and they did not give a receipt for it upon check-in, so be careful with this.

The location of the hotel is nice, the employees are helpful, but the hotel does not give an invoice and even the coffee machine in the room is paid, you can stay in better places with more facilities for the same price.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Location, interior, view, everything is good. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. What was disappointing was the very cold room, since the air conditioning system only worked for cold. And since we were there in the cool season, the room was cold. They could not warm up the room. They offered us a heater, which is strange, because when you choose a 5-star chain hotel, you want comfort, and not an unregulated heater, which you will freeze when you turn off, and you cannot leave it on all night, since it is too stuffy. We asked to move, it is strange that the staff did not offer this. The new room was a little warmer, not much. In general, given the availability of rooms, it is very strange that even with a change in room category they did not move us to a warmer room. And they did, since they were on vacation with friends and everything worked fine for them. And a very strange system in the SPA. At first they said that it was paid, even visiting the hamam. And since this is not my first time in a hotel of this chain, I expressed indignation that usually visiting the hamam and sauna is free. To which I was offered free access from 9 to 10 am, which they have a priori. The best service in chain hotels is definitely in Russia.

Very good hotel, clean and tidy, all hotel staff without exception, especially at the reception and guest relations, very attentive, always ready to help. We will definitely return to Rixos!
